Always have a good experience getting my prescriptions filled above all. I once forgot my credit card and they called me immediately to come back and pick it up.

I’ve tried many years to come here. This will be my last time. The managers are not engaging and they’re very argumentative when you try to explain something to them. Not sure if it’s because I’m a senior or it’s just their demeanor. I gave it a 2 star because the pharmacy was better than other days but the management needs instruction on how to treat people.

Pharmacy is simply trash. Impossible to get a pharmacy employee to answer a call regarding their INCOMPETENCE! Messages left go unanswered. Go elsewhere, as they are the worst at this location!

Bad service and terribly organized. They told me my prescription needed authorization, which made me call my insurance only to be placed on hold for hours only to find out that it was authorized. I came back to pick up my prescription. They tried to tell me it wasn't authorized again and then after pushing back the lady finally said that it was approved after all. These people are not great at what they do...

Useless store, three store employees standing around yet when wanting to purchase anything told they don't ring anyone up, you have to use self checkout. Never coming back to this location

This is the worst pharmacy anywhere - people are rude and ignorant- and a bunch of A$$ es - don't go to this store- they are stupid and can't count- they shorted me on my prescription and refused to fill my prescription

I came in to pick up my 24x36 size poster and the manager told me the coupon only applies online. I didn't know this and was upset because I was going to have to drive across town to get my computer and upload the document I was trying to print just to get the coupon to apply online. She helped me out with this so I could still get the poster for the price I was planning for. Thank you so much! You were incredibly helpful and saved me so much extra stress !!!

So I came into this cvs for an RX pick up and arrived 2 minutes until they closed . I just had a pick up and there were two pharmacies sitting there with their gat half way closed . I said "excuse me I have pick up" the woman looked at the the wall clock that said 8:02 and I looked at my iPhone clock that said 2 minutes till. So I replied "according to who , my smart phone connected to the global clock and it's actually 2 minutes until ." And she gave me some lame lie of an excuse saying " not all clocks are the same and we are. Closed and their registers won't ring you up!' What a crock of Sh*t!!! That only applies when you try to buy booze after 2am. I think this is one of my biggest bet peeves! You know when you make it to a place before they are advertised time yet the work is so concerned about leaving work they forget their how to be civil to a fellow human being! Obviously I have help issue that require needing a RX and for all they know it could fatal for me not to receive my medication. And sure I should get to a businessman or so close to the end of the hours but unfortunately I was coming to this location for the first time so I got a little lost getting g the the pharmacy. To make matters word I got into a like car accident when in route since I'm frazzled from being with out my medications for 3 days

Angel at the pharmacy went above and beyond in assisting me transfer some prescriptions. She really went to bat for me as the other pharmacy wasn't getting back, and she did so professionally and quickly. She puts her name to good use and made this process as smooth as it could go. Her customer service was 10/10. Thank you Angel!

I pull in thru the drive thru at 7:50 pm thinking I made it with plenty of time since they close at 8:00 pm. Pharmacy hours are posted and states they close at 8:00 pm. After 5 min of waiting I hear someone thru the speaker but they sound so distant I cannot understand them, she then walks away. I push the call button, someone else comes on the speaker and tells me that the drive thru is closed. I rush around the building, park, walk into the store, it's still 7:57 pm, I still have time, walk to the pharmacy counter. It looks closed. I ask someone if they are closed, they say yes. I told them I've been waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, they said they close the drive thru at 7:00 pm. I tell them that they should at least have a sign stating the drive thru is closed! I'm so upset at this point I walk out of the store. Why would they close early? You are a pharmacy, honor your store hours!!!

I checked in ahead of my scheduled shot time and was told to wait by the shot curtain to get my shot. While waiting for 20 whole minutes past my appointment I watched a family come in and say they need flu shots, filled out their entire info on paper, and get put into the booth before me. Ridiculous. People make appointments because they have places to be. I just canceled the appointment saying if you're going to let those people go before me then I'm just going to leave and the pharmacist did not seem to care that I had an appointment. She just said that's fine. So disrespectful.
