Great location for prescription pickup. The drive through makes the process extra easy.

I pull in thru the drive thru at 7:50 pm thinking I made it with plenty of time since they close at 8:00 pm. Pharmacy hours are posted and states they close at 8:00 pm. After 5 min of waiting I hear someone thru the speaker but they sound so distant I cannot understand them, she then walks away. I push the call button, someone else comes on the speaker and tells me that the drive thru is closed. I rush around the building, park, walk into the store, it's still 7:57 pm, I still have time, walk to the pharmacy counter. It looks closed. I ask someone if they are closed, they say yes. I told them I've been waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes, they said they close the drive thru at 7:00 pm. I tell them that they should at least have a sign stating the drive thru is closed! I'm so upset at this point I walk out of the store. Why would they close early? You are a pharmacy, honor your store hours!!!

Everytime I call or go in they're very condescending and rude at their pharmacy. I would suggest this pharmacy to anyone unless you want to be treated unfairly, it could also be the fact I am hispanic. Either way I would never suggest this place to anyone I believe that no one should be treated that way who ever you are.

Just find another pharmacy. I've waited patiently for years for them to improve and it's only gotten worse. They have 1 job. Fill prescriptions. Their automated system is never accurate. I never receive a call when a prescription is not available or when a doctor needs to approve a new one. There is always without fail a long line at the drive through. After the wait you'll be told none of your prescriptions are ready, even those on auto fill. The pharmacists will fail to order your prescriptions that are out of stock. You'll go back to the drive through a few days later and still leave empty handed. When you express your frustrations and all of the time you've wasted the staff will just tell you to contact CVS. They don't care. Take your business elsewhere.

The staff here work diligently, and are always professional and respectful to one another, and their customers. Their Teamwork is excellent. My prescriptions are always ready on time. Overall, my experience here has been a good one, and that is why I keep coming back. Thank you all so very much! ?

For weeks now, every time I visit the pharmacy drive-thru, it has hand-written notes in the window stating the drive-thru is closed due to being short-staffed. When I went inside the pharmacy, I counted a total of SIX pharmacy employees working — that’s three people more than usual. Why advertise that this service is available and have parking lot signage if you don’t plan to honor it? This is extremely difficult for those with disabilities and/or mobility issues who rely on this drive-thru to pick up prescriptions.

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would certainly do it! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life from any establishment. Prescriptions are never ready even after receiving text messages from the pharmacy stating prescriptions are ready. The staff is extremely uncaring and put no effort into helping customers. Almost each time the try and blame the doctors office by accusing them of not faxing the prescription!! They are just a bunch of liars at this location!!!The female pharmacist is extremely defensive and tries to blame everything on the doctors office. I received a text message from the pharmacy stating my medication was ready. I went to pick it up they stated they did not have the medication on file and then it must've been a mistake when sending out the text message. Excuse me.....!!! This is the same medication I've been taking for two years and now you're telling me they had nothing on file !!! Wow unbelievable!! The same time I heard the pharmacist tell a woman that was approximately 85 years old that she would have to come in the back to the pharmacy the next day to pick up her heart medication because they were too busy. SHAME ON CVS ON FOLSOM BLVD!!!!!!!Talk about customer care .....you definitely will not find it here. Stay away from this place!!

I wanted to compliment the cashier, Connie, at the CVS CA Folsom blvd location in Sacramento. She was so kind and helpful. She helped me to update my CVS information so I could get the discount I wanted for the item I was buying. I've been to several CVS stores, but no one has ever been as friendly or helpful as Connie. She knew exactly how to help me and was very patient. Connie should be rewarded for her job well done at CVS. If all employees were as noble and great as Connie everyone would shop at CVS all the time.

I go to this pharmacy as sort of a "new" person to prescriptions. My husband has gone here for years. These are my thoughts: 1) Tacky waiting area for prescriptions as it is unclear if the seating is where you wait OR is the seating for after you give them your name? It is blurry and unclear. 2) The constant selling you something with their yards of paper receipts to con you into returning is downright tacky and actually disturbing. 3) To get a flu shot should be simple and professional but sometimes it seems difficult and confusing. (Not the fault of the pharmacist) 4) To have you walk through aisles of "stuff" in order to get you to buy something is again just plain tacky. 5) Have to repeat it again - your receipts that you cut down a forest to produce with so much paper is disgusting, cheap, disrespectful and horrible.
