This CVS pharmacy is pathetic! If u can go the extra few miles to one up the road do it. I have been here 2 separate occasions trying to get 2 different medications and they didn't have it. I came again for a different medication my doctor sent here and they don't have that one either. So inconvenient. NOT DEPENDABLE get your sh** from a different PHARMCY. . Save urself a trip

Worst pharmacy experience the girls where ignoring this customer and laughing in the back when they were supposed to fill his prescription. The pharmacist even had to tell them twice and he had to check me in. In the past the wait was long because there were so many customers but now I realize it's the employees. I switched to Rite Aid and my meds that weren't covered at cvs some how were covered at Rite Aid. I understand trying to have fun and work but to mess around while you handle ppls meds is crazy to me.

This pharmacy never fails to disappoint! The cashier is quick to ask for copay but is giving me the wrong prescription. No apologies whatsoever. "We will try to order the right one." That is all I heard.

Stopped by the pharmacy to inquire about the new booster. No one was waiting and no one was in line anywhere. I was told that I needed an appointment anyway. What?? It didn't make sense so I went elsewhere. I won't be going back any time soon if ever.

Ignored at pharmacy counter for a long time. Refused to be given my second Covid booster because I don't have an appointment!! Several employees working the pharmacy counter. One woman demanded I have an appointment, then told me to leave after refusing to administer the Covid boost. Very disappointing customer service. No reason stated as to why an appointment is needed when several people are working at the pharmacy. Another customer is being given a vaccine (I don't know what he is receiving).Don't make the mistake of coming here expecting good customer service!

This place is a s*** show! I don't normally review places like this but the pharmacy is a mess. They open and close when they want. They text people that their meds are ready but when you come to pick it up it's not. The clerk are no help. They always pawn stuff off to other people. Having you jump from one register to another. Just so the pharmacist can tell you it's not ready and there is nothing they can do. Wth people!! Get off your meds and get to work. These employees are not worth the money they are getting paid. Ridiculous!!!

Has to be the worst pharmacy in the area. I had an appointment for a simple flus shot, I arrived 10 minutes early. I waited 30 minutes and the pharmacist was still not ready. She was occupied in other tasks and speaking with others with questions and completely ignored my appointment ( which was now 20 minutes overdue). Only when i told the clerk to just cancel my appt, the pharmacist offered to help me. I just cancelled, despite having to have traveled 20 minutes to get there. AVOID this pharmacy!

This is the WORST CVS Pharmacy I have ever been to in my life! It's took 3 months to get my prescription, every time I called in the representative told me there was no prescription, but when I would talk to my primary doctor they would send the prescription over again to prevail. Finally after an hour of my doctors trying to reach them they got through, I come to the pharmacy they tell me to weight 20 minutes for my prescription and I come back into minutes for them to tell me it's not in stock. I asked if they can call another store (they should of offered to do this) they called and didn't ask how long it's going to take. The people in the pharmacy have the worst customer service, do not care about their customer's time, and are rude did give attitude. I will NEVER come to this CVS again!

Not many employees around but they're friendly, have minimal of necessarily things. Good place to grab something really quick because they had short line.

Horrible customer service at this store. They made picking up a simple antibiotic a complete nightmare. The staff acted like they couldn't care less, weren't willing to help and couldn't even ask another cvs to transfer the prescription. Basically threw their hands up and didn't care if I got my rx or not. I do not recommend this place. If you don't have compassion for people then healthcare and pharmacy services are not your best option for line of work.

Worst pharmacy ever staff is very incompetent i used Rite Aid for 12 yrs never had an issue i had all my prescriptions transferred there and every month for 4 months i tried to give them a chance i would call on my lunch break and tell them i would pick up at 4 i would get there at 430 and still not ready and i would have to wait another 30 minutes so i transferred all my prescriptions i another Rite Aid 15 minutes from my house. Well i forgot one so i called today at 141 was told it would be ready by 4 so at 350 I called to make sure and got hung up on called back and talk to pharmacist and was assured he would have it ready in 20 minutes so i had my husband stop on his way home from work when he got there he waiting in line 10 min to be told it would be ready in an hour huge waste of our time i work in a drs office and lots of my patients share the same things happen to them at CVS. CVS needs to step up their customer service which is extremely lacking if i could give 0 stars I would have

Boo! Consistent information given by pharmacy personal is NON-existent. Information given by District Manager last month on CVS Policies is NOT what this Pharmist Manager is following. Also, on hold 11 mins to find out if refill is done? WoW! Every month I dread dealing with these folks. Customer Service.. NOT at this pharmacy! Time to switch pharmacies or health insurance.

Like many other reviewers have stated, this is probably the worst pharmacy staff ever. We go here strictly because the location is close to our home. But, I am thinking we will be switching pharmacies very soon here. I'd rather drive a bit and get prescriptions filled in a timely manner and better service by a professional staff. For starters, depending on when you come in, the pharmacist might be at lunch and you're ask to find back. Why not have a back up? Customers should not have to revolve around your lunch! People are prescribed medications because they are necessary; not for recreation. Secondly, good luck getting notification when your prescription is ready for pick up. Sometimes they text, sometimes they don't. If your refills need a doctor's authorization, your request goes into space, because days would go by and you'd have no update. So you really don't even know if they even contacted your healthcare provider to request authorization. When you try to check and have to leave a message, they don't return your call. Again, please understand that when someone is prescribed a medication, it is because it's needed for their health issues!!! You're in the business of healthcare; it would be nice to show some actual care for your customers. Oh yeah, and whoever is in charge of this place needs to train the entire pharmacy staff professionalism and respect for patient privacy. I don't want others in line to know what meds I'm picking up and taking. Nor do they want me to hear about theirs I'm sure. Be professional and discreet when discussing medications with your customers/patients! Just a horrible place. Who's running this ship??
