Went to return product unopened and without a receipt, something I have done in the past with no problem. Walked in and told the cashier I have a return with no receipt and she said OK. When I went to get the exchanged item they said they dont do returns without a receipt? And the manager just walked out i was told and what a total embarrassment. I know you can return with out a receipt, unless this store has changed their policy which was never stated to me. Very bad service! I will never shop this Apple valley store again. This store need help with customer service. Management needs to be addressed. Customers keep your store open. And hire more people your store is always short staffed.

Horrible management never opens on time an always closes an hour or maybe 2 early. The employees lack customer service skills ive witness the management blunt steal time an hours an not even doing anything then 1 cashier always slobers an drawlz everywhere. Ita just all out not a good environment outside is dirty an nasty not 1 employee does there job correctly

If you published the opens time from 9 to 9 on Sunday it should be 9 to 9 why is it closed on Sunday on 8:35 pm don't waste people's times 😶🌫️😶🌫️😶🌫️

This store was tidy when I visited, which is always a plus. The usual areas were less tidy, but not too bad, so they are keeping uo with the disarray of smaller items in crafts or office/school supplues. The store isn't very big and the isles are a little close. The endcaps seem to be full of highlighted products or seasonal products. Because the store is smaller, I had to look a little harder to find things on lower shelves that might normally be on a higher shelf in a bigger store.
The cashier experience was mixed (on several visits). None of it was bad, and they were professional enough, but I recommend you pay attention to what they are doing because they lack confidence and are prone to mistakes. It's possible that management is undermining their confidence with unconstructive or unnecessary criticism, or whatever, or they might be new or not confident in general.
Like most dollar trees, the cashiers are not in a hurry - which isn't unexpected - and it's only annoying when the lines are long.
