Downtown Vape & Smoke is a shop known for its great prices and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the accommodating service from the staff, who are kind and down to earth, especially when helping with vape juice. The store is tucked away in a small shopping area, which can sometimes make it hard to find, and its signage may not always be obvious. While some mention the customer service could be better, many praise the staff’s helpfulness. The shop offers legal flavored vapes and provides a good shopping experience for those looking for affordable options. Overall, it’s a hidden gem for vaping needs with friendly service and competitive prices.
Good quantity and vast selection of products and accessories at a low cost. And the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Went in for a small herb pipe and some tobacco, and I left with a new positive memory and a new friend. The staff here are the Pinnacle of what I imagine customer service to be. I would return to this shop, and I would recommend it to a friend.
