I purchased shoes at the Arden location on May 27. I wore them to work and they are comfortable and cute but the left one squeaked all day. I tried to return as defective but was advise that since I'd worn them, they can't resell them. I asked why they would resell a defective shoe, no one wants a squeaky shoe. They told me I could donate them for some points. Too bad, cute shoes that squeaks is now mine. I will not shop DSW again. Be careful not to buy a defective shoe or wear it out of your home before discovering it isn't well made.

I ordered two pairs of shoes online (not realizing the order wouldn’t be fulfilled until the morning) and since I was in a rush and hoping to get them ASAP, the amazing and patient staff pulled my order and had it ready within minutes. They were so accommodating and friendly. The store always has a great selection of name brand shoes and accessories, is clean, and the staff are always helpful.

Recommend DWS on Laguna in Elkgrove. Sale Associates and customer service on Arden Way R less friendly and helpful.

First time in the store brought some sandals for graduation the same day an I found some off clearance they was still over fifty dollars won’t never be going back it’s overrated

Best prices on shoes. Styles are mostly modern but not super fancy. Great place to buy casual work shoes.

Thanks for all the help! We came first thing Saturday morning and the 2 staff members were patient and helpful. They had a lot of customers within the first hour but were very efficient!

The DSW on Arden Way is on the second floor above Best Buy. But its entrance and escalator go up and down from the main sales floor to the front door.
The store is pretty well organized, and the shoes and other items are displaced very well. It is easy to understand all the different sections and find the items you want. The employees here are nice. The checkout is fast.

The entrance is a little scary. Squeaky escalator that is very slow. However, the store was neat and clean. They had a huge selection of shoes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me find a shoe that was not on the floor. They are leaders in customer service.

They never have anything cute in this store. And they say they sell kids shoes, but there is like 5 to pick from. This place is a total disappointment. It makes me miss Payless even more.

I bought shoes for my wife, but she wants return or exchange, but the cashier she said we don’t return or exchange because doesn’t have a box.when we bought the shoes without box, I told her we bought like this no body give box.this is my first time I have this experience.
