Slowwwwwww this bank is slow on everything, it's like mailing a letter via the Pony Express instead of flying it to the destination. Also, their website is full of lies and deceit. While the staff at the bank are great, the bank itself is junk, Save yourself a headache and go Cathey, Chase or any other bank. I regret ever opening an account at this bank

Don't bother trying to bank here! UNPROFESSIONAL!! RACIST!! If you're a white American they'll argue with you about their practices and won't listen to real banker knowledge!! Going to complain to the BBB!!
