Title: Excellent Service and Exceptional WorkI was referred to Victor at Emperor Auto Body & Performance by another mechanic to work on my Model S Tesla, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the first phone call with Victor to the most recent repair, I have been consistently impressed. Victor is upfront and transparent, clearly explaining what he can and can't do before beginning any work. His customer service is top-notch, and he is very personable and accessible, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.Victor and his team have completed bodywork, connectivity work, and coolant work on my personal vehicle, and the results have always exceeded my expectations. The turnaround times are reasonable, and the pricing is incredibly affordable. If you have a Tesla that needs attention, I highly recommend Victor and his crew. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

I brought my 2015 toyota tundra for a repair work on my right rear wheel barring and speed sensor. During the process, I asked for a second opinion involving the condition of the differential assembly carrier and the left wheel barring. I got an honest opinion throughout. I provided all the oem parts for them and they fixed my truck! Although it took some time to get my truck back, they made sure the task was done correctly! Getting the parts had plenty to do with the delay as well. Earlier in the year, the differential carrier was on national back order. I had to do extensive research. Nonetheless, the vehicle is up and running! I'm very happy with the results! I will definitely bring my truck back here for future services! Did I mention they washed my truck upon retrieving it? That was awesome! Thank you all that helped me get back on the road! I appreciate your hard work!

Contacted Victor for an estimate on installing a levelling kit on my Ram Rebel and he responded within 30 minutes! I usually install parts myself but he gave me a good estimate so all I had to do was wait for my parts to arrive. When they came in I set up a date, dropped the truck off in the morning and they were able to get to it later in the day and let me know it was ready to be picked up. Before leaving I checked to make sure everything looked good, all the parts were installed the correct way so I paid and was on my way! Victor also gave me a new customer discount on the labor which was awesome as well, I definitely recommend bringing your car/truck here for any work you need done. Will be coming back next time I need suspension work completed!

If you need an engine diagnostic test done with mechanics that are friendly, priced reasonable, and will get your car back on the road this is the place to go. The mechanics answered all my questions and more importantly ASKED me questions about what was going on with my vehicle. They also were upfront about pricing and made sure to give me options for the work that needed to be done.Will recommend them always

Love love love!!! Could not recommend them enough, I got my car back looking like new! The staff is so nice and caring and they do good honest work! 10/10 recommend and will be back for all instillations, repairs, and all detailing!

I had the owner, Victor, install aftermarket performance parts on my wrx. Victor took the time to make sure all the parts were installed flush with the frame and even the brand names were centered. When a part was delayed due to the dealership, Victor lent me a personal vehicle for a few days. I would trust Víctor to work on vehicles anytime.

I always get all my Mods installed here !! Also they did an outstanding job on my car which had so much swirls and scratches from machine car washes and they did the paint correction and polish and Ceramic Coat it for the best price you can find !! Definitely recommend this place !! they are offering detailing now as well.

This Auto Shop is the best! They really do an excellent job! They are honest and the price and quality of work they do is AMAZING! They fixed all the issues in my dads car (Honda) from electrical, engine, trim and suspension all perfectly done right! Never seen my dad happy about his car running perfect again! I just got my F150 and of course with any new toy, you're going to want to make it more unique to your own personality. So naturally the first thing I ordered was a new grille with amber lights and an LED switch back DRLs.I must have contacted at least 5-9 different shops in the area and all of their prices varied based off of just general things and not necessarily particular to my situation. Vic reached back out to me and immediately I felt the vibe from the guy and was compelled to bringing my truck to his shop. He had given me what I thought was a fair quote but was very transparent that he wanted to see the truck in person before giving me the true estimate. He had reassured me that any work that will be done has to be approved prior or else they wouldn't work on the truck, essentially that's what I wanted, to be able to decide if I wanted to continue the job or not which was great.Let me tell you guys, this shop is OUTSTANDING!! Andrew, the other owner, was really receptive when we arrived and he took care of us and basically had great cohesion with everything Vic said so I could tell that they definitely take each client seriously and do care about each.Hao was the gentleman who worked on the body part of the truck and this guy took extreme caution right from the get go, could tell how meticulous he was.Vic himself did the wiring and everything came out as expected. Perfectly.To top it all off, the bill was RIDICULOUSLY DECENT for all of the work they did for me and then some! These guys are top notch, we'll definitely only be coming back to them when we need anything done to any of our cars!!Service: Body & Trim

I was introduced to Emperor Auto Body from a friend when I needed to get my engine replaced in my car 3 years ago. After bidding out a few shops I met Victor the owner here who gave me by far the best quote and fixed so many other things without any of the stress of up selling anything.He was sure to go through all the details in the paperwork and breakdown and wrote off so many markups that other shops will charge and hide from you and took them all off giving me an unbelievable price for the repairs. Definitely gained a customer for Life!Highly recommend this shop for any work needed to your vehicle.
