Complete garbage. I thought reservations used to mean something. We reserve times because we usually have a place to be at a specified time. Enterprise, YOU need to forewarn your customers if you are going to make them wait for an hour to get their car.I will never use Enterprise again.

Booked a pickup and car to save time and still work same day. Hour later after I was supposed to be picked up. “Yeah sorry we don’t have any cars available today.” What’s the point of calling a person to make a reservation?

I rent from here often. Today we had the worst experience ever. The "manger" Autumn is unreasonable and racist. I will never rent from this location again. And I caution anyone else who is looking to rent from an enterprise!

Overall I can say customer service from the staff was great. However don't deal with AUTUM! She has horrible customer service skills and ran my card without telling me! She kept insisting she told me and instead of just acknowledging she ran my card without telling me, she was arguing! AUTUM also had a lot of miscommunication. Absolutely horrible to work with! I'm giving a three star review only because of the guy who was working there today (2/9/2024 @12:10pm) totally and completely professional.

Rented a car here by mistake, but I'm glad I did. Although I had to take Lyft from the airport to get here, anyone local needing to rent a car in Sac should go here. The staff is very nice and efficient. The car rental for the day was very cheap, and the car worked perfectly with no issues. I would recommend this place.

Enterprise always takes care of me. Mainly because utilizing the app processes goes faster and I just go straight to the car! Customer service staff is always helpful

Check with Enterprise before you pay priceline. Enterprise is half the price of other rental car companies.Their cars are cleaner and classy. Great service. Highly recommend.

My experience with Enterprise - Northgate was very good. I had an issue with the insurance company I was going through and the Enterprise representative was very understanding and helpful. I was supposed to get a sedan, however they were out of sedans. They upgraded me to a Ford Mustang at no additional charge. The only thing I wish I would've known beforehand is that there is a $300 down payment required.

I've actually just started being a loyal customer, renting a car every week, my first time renting there one of the sales reps had been very passive when talking to me. I returned the cars promptly and full of gas but I recently had an address change and because "they could not verify my address" I was no longer able to rent cars from them. Even the people over the phone were so unbelievably inconsiderate and Kurt. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. There is nothing redeemable about this location at all it's just fowl.

Recently twice rented a car from this Northgate branch during our recent visit from the UK. The service was first class and a special mention for Antony who I dealt with on both occasions. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a credit for returning the car a day early. He as excellent and did not try and push any unnecessary insurance. We visit this area often to visit family and will in future always look to use Enterprise. No complaints at all.

This location HAD finally improved their customer service. Unfortunately, it didn't last long. They brought back Autumn as the manager who had been here when the customer service was beyond horrible and to no surprise it is back to being horrific. Expect long waits and inconsistent service. The people before me were offered an upgrade at no charge because they did not have the size of vehicle they had offered. She also told them she would also be happy to bend the rules for them and provide a ride back to the airport so they would have to pay the high return fees to drop the vehicle off at a different location. When it was my turn they first offered me a car with a check engine light and then one that had been in an accident with for floor board completely worn out. When I asked if there were other options I was told no. That is all they had in the size that I reserved. When I asked Autumn about the difference in customer service she informed me that perhaps this wasn't the location for me.

Racist employee ever! Told me I can only rent the cheapest car only wouldn’t offer any other cars to us. Don’t waste your time going there take your money and business else where.
