Dupri was the BEST!!! I waited forever at the folsom enterprise just to find out they had no cars available for my trip. When I headed to this location, Dupri and the team made the process a breeze! Highly recommend! (Best part is the prices are reasonable)

Bad customer service! Dropped off a rental after I had it for over a month paid them over $2,200 you figure they'll take good care of you for giving them such good business. Nope! Called them 30 mins after I dropped off the car because my mom forgot her iPad behind the passenger seat, I tried to get it back called them every day for a week and they say no the car has been cleaned and rented out for the next customer. Never bothered to help me retrieve my mom's iPad after renting the car from them for such a long time. Either they took it or they never bothered calling the customer they gave the car to bring it back. Never going with them again. They won't bother to help you they just want your money.

In summary after because of excellent costumer service from on site agents and management, and a call from (the called me) enterprise everything worked out well. The only thing that would have been better is if the cars smoke smell was taken care of before it was rented.

The team at this location is extremely nice and efficient! Checking a new vehicle out and returning it went very smoothly and any time I called with questions they were always responsive and had an answer for me. I believe the gentleman who helped me was Bryce and he took the time to find a car that fit my needs and was very knowledgeable about any questions I had. I have never experienced this much diligence with a car rental company so for that I'm truly grateful.

Been waiting for these jerks to give me my deposit back. They said 3-5 business days. It has been almost 2 weeks, still, my deposit isn't back. Their car has been back. They called me to tell me that it was fine, no damage, they would have my deposit back to me in "no time", but failed to deliver on their word. I have called enterprise several times, they said they would send a message to the store, but still, nothing has been done. Either this office is being ran by the most lazy, inconsiderate group of employees or they are just incompetent. This is aside from the fact that when I went to pick up my rental, the car I rented wasn't ready & was put into a situation where I had to fork out more money to rent an upgrade so I could get on the road as soon so I wouldn't be late to my event. Hopefully this review gets thru to them & let's them know that they should give their job its due diligence & take their word seriously. Update: the employee over the phone quoted me a different price than I was charged, when I asked them what the exact total would be. The total they gave me was about $200 less than I was quoted. I'm livid because I was also being told I hadn't got my receipt because I hadn't had my account closed out. It took them almost 2 weeks to do that. They had my email them to elevating complaint. Still waiting for a response. This is ridiculous. Hopefully they offer a reasonable solution, if not, I'll report this to the BBB. Feels like a complete bait and switch at this point.

The location is rather small and inconveniently located close to a busy intersection. So it is easy to miss the entrance if you're not seeing the Enterprise sign soon enough. I was about for a long trip and wanted something more fuel efficient. I got a Camry Toyota. Not my best choice but I had to live with it. My only complaint about the car were the windshield wipers which were worn off and it was smearing when used creating unsafe conditions for driving. Brought this to their attention when the vehicle was returned. Overall friendly customer service

Enterprise on Arden is definitely Top Teir, First I would like to thank Dwight for his quickness, professionalism, and upbeat energy. I was probably there for no more than 30 mins max before I was handed my rental, with also being given an upgraded option for just a extra 5/day if chosen. Here you can expect fast feedback, quality care and cars, and a even better team. Would definitely recommend again.

Not ok!! I had called Friday to make a reservation to be picked up in Monday. When I arrived I was told there wasn't a car ready for me and it would be 10min to get it ready. 25 minutes later I'm told it's ready. I am given a Camry with a quarter tank of gas. I pay my $50 and Into the car I go. It REAKS of cigarettes and there is dust and crumbs and just grime all throughout the vehicle. I had to go to the store just to buy wipes and air freshener it was that bad. I've never had this issue with them before. The associate Bryce was kind was helpful but he should have never given a car in that condition to a customer. I'm very disappointed

Avoid this location as they do not have the cars you request. I reserved an economy car but was told they only pay had suv available which are twice the price of an economy car. Plus it was do not have working windshield wipers on a rainy day and i had to get the windshield wipers installed myself.

I had to drop my car off for service. Kasey checked me in at Enterprise. It was a smooth, 5 minute process. We went through the car and he gave me my options. In and out.When I dropped it off, it was just as smooth. They got me in and out so I could get on with my day.Outstanding customer service!

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on Arden Way, near Fulton Ave employees were very professional and friendly. When I arrived, the rental was ready to go so I had no waiting. The car was clean and ran very smoothly. When I returned the car, I was immediately asked if I needed a ride to my home; I did not even have to ask. I will use Enterprise and that particular location in the future!

Enterprise’s staff is friendly and efficient. Vehicle ready at reservation time. Only complaint was tire pressure warning light which, per Les Schwab, was from excessive pressure in some tires. Excellent value.
