Have had to rent and return vehicles here with Enterprise on multiple occasions, both for work and for personal/logistics. Super friendly and efficient staff, both front of house as well as on the return side. Very minimal hassle and they're very quick at what they do. Prices are all set online before but they're reasonable for the car options available. Vehicles are well maintained and no issues/complaints from my side. Returns are so fast and quick, can be on the airport shuttle or on a rideshare within 5-6 minutes from landing on the returns area. Lots of younger adults working the returns area, but they're very enthusiastic, professional, and effective - impressed that Enterprise was able to hire so many decent young folk to work all hours of the day. 24/7 pickup and return, which is helpful in the Sac area if you need an off-schedule vehicle rental.

Date of Visit: 03/09/2024 As someone who has consistently enjoyed the customer service with Enterprise, it pains me to write this review as the first-ever complainant. Typically, I've been greeted with warmth and professionalism, but my recent experience at the Sacramento International Airport left much to be desired. Upon entering the return aisle, I was met by the check-in employee, name withheld, who, as usual with past experiences, greeted me with a smile and inquired about "my return". I explained my need for a larger vehicle due to my family's discomfort in the compact SUV I had rented. He then,in a kind manner, explained Enterprise's policy regarding vehicle exchanges, which I respected. He then offered to for I to speak with his manager to which I accepted. However, when the manager arrived, the interaction took a drastic turn. Without any greeting or introduction, she addressed me in a condescending and emotionally detached manner. She did not allow me to explain my situation and simply informed me that if she allowed the change, I would only be provided with a truck. Despite feeling frustrated, I remained polite and accepted her decision. Understanding my Only words to her was "Yes,Ma'am" - Being confrontational doesn't no one any good. As I waited for the truck, I couldn't help but notice the vehicle's dirtiness, further adding to my disappointment. The manager's demanding tone persisted as she instructed me to load my belongings into the truck. Throughout the ordeal, the employee apologized for his manager's behavior and subtly indicated that her rudeness was not uncommon. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially when I've always made it a point to acknowledge and appreciate the hardworking employees of Enterprise. They are good people. Knowing the names of both employees and managers from my local locations. In conclusion, while this experience may have been a one-off, it's important to highlight the impact that a single individual can have on a customer's perception of a company. I sincerely hope that Enterprise addresses these issues and ensures that all customers receive the level of service promoted by Enterprise. Coming home now, did I only realize I was given a broken Key too.... Attached picture. Being glad my friend was on the phone overhearing her, and it being known by the employees... There are way more deserving employees at that location to hold that position. This being my first negative review and complaint, I asked my local branches and corporate support in direction and thank you to them...

We arrived in Sacramento and needed a car. Enterprise offered a beautiful, new luxury SUV to us for the price of a standard car. When returning the car, there was a price discrepancy and misunderstanding but Charlie quickly resolved the issue and honored the original quote they gave. He and his staff were nothing but wonderful. A great experience and we would highly recommend this rental company.

I enjoyed the customer service provided by Nicole when I arrived at the checkout counter. She was a very pleasant person and very attentive to my needs. The car was very clean and comfortable. And the return process was smooth and efficient. The shuttle was clean and the driver greeted us with a smile. All in all, this was a very nice experience. Thank you Nicole. You are a 10 out of 10 and I really appreciate you.

Not sure how to answer this question. Everything was great until I heard something rolling around in the car. I reached down to a glove box aera. I found a dirty crack pipe. I was not charged for the car rental. I returned the car along with the pipe.

The process to get the rental was great. The return was the issue. The people who inspect , as they usually do, they put the keys on the dash above the steering wheel. One of the inspectors/workers said they would driver us back to the airport. Done, great nice person. About an hour or so later, already on the plan, i get a call from someone saying if i could come back and return the keys. the driver wouldnt have made it back to the car rental area (car would have became disabled) if i had the keys one, and two i was already leaving u would have thought they would have noticed IF they were missing within 30 min.. anyhow i imagine they found it because i told they girl where they were, they must had slid down to the corner or something. never heard back from them and couldnt get thru to them from that point on to see if they found them.
