There are really nice clothes here but not if you're too big. I myself wear an XL and I found a nice black dress shirt. The prices are high but that's how everything else is.

The Express store has two sections. One section is for the men's store, and another section is for the women. It has two entrances, but it is connected in the middle of the stores.Both sides of the stores are nice and clean. The clearance sections are all the way inside the store.

I just recently ordered some stuff they were showing the item in the stock when I went to the store the item was not in stock then I placed order. I placed order in September 7th and today's date is 24th September and when I try to track my item it's keep showing waiting for carrier pick up. I call to the customer service almost 3 or four time I feel like it's just wasting of time when I call to the customer service the first one she said they're going to send it through the speed post, then I didn't receive any notification then I called the second time and she said wait until Monday and today's Tuesday I didn't receive it then I called again and he said wait until next Monday. I really need this stuff for my school. I have also the pictures and screenshot when I placed order I'm trying to attach the pictures but I can't.

Very poor service. It doesn't seem likie the employees even listen to customers in general or think they know what to do but do not. I ordered a dress online, very excited about this as i got my new job today. I dont have the money at all right now to deal with EXPRESS' mistake.considering i have a dinner party in san francisco tomorrow and your website says in store pick up today so I chose this store. explained this to employee at register. she said if they had the dress she would giuve it to me as i ALREADY PAID. After trying on the two dress sizes, i decided to stick with the one i originally ordered. So basically went back up to the counter and told them the situationn Showed them the order number, the price everything. so the employee cancels the order entirely, and now im expected a refund 3-5 days later. I need this money for gas to even get to san francisco.So because one of their employees canceled it for like.. whatever reason?? i have to wait 3-5 days for a $68 refund. which i needed the funds for for my trip that i cant even make tomorrow because of this as i had to purchases the dress AGAIN, to getr out of the store as there was a long line. the employee called corporate. she also could not help with this either. i asked for a supervisor but said hey, its fine (frustrated as hell) ill take care of this later. which im doing now. ii need those funds immediately returned as this was Express' fault and not mine in any shape or form. i got my new job today and said i would be there. they booked room and everything. i need this money as i have none left from buying the second dress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!so because this employee canceled it, i had to pay twice for this dress to go to san francisco which i probably wont make it to, they booked a $400 room for me, now i cant finds the funds to get there. nightmare to say at the least. ya "Hey boss, i know you scheduled this room as I said I could go, but EXPRESS SUCKS. What a great way to start a job. HATE THIS STORE NEVER BUYING FROM AGAIN FOR THIS.

I've been to a few EXPRESS stores, but this is the best so far. The only downside is the selection is so good, you'll end up spending more money than you wanted to! For both men and women they have dedicated sides in the store, and the store is HUGE! Not like Macy's big but definitely 3x bigger than some EXPRESS stores I've seen.Quality is excellent as is variety, and thanks to the COVID panic calming down, you can use dressing rooms again. Last time I was there I got a pair of skinny jeans, which I never wear. Their clothes fit so well you can get adventurous with your selection, which makes shopping a pleasure!Also, not sure if this is a plus, but when I went there a week ago, this dude was purchasing $800 worth of clothing and did not want to leave without wearing the clothing. So the staff accommodated by scanning the shirt, belt, pants, shoes, and socks while he was still wearing them. Full service right there! First time in my life I saw that sort of thing, and it did hold up the line a bit, but really goes to show that will go above and beyond to give customers (well, at least the big spenders!) a great shopping experience!

This location majorly lacks customer service. I went yesterday early in the morning. I was thrilled when I walked in the store and it was actually pretty dead. Hardly any patrons around, yet several associates (maybe 4-5). My concerns are as follows: - I arrived and asked to pick up my order but wanted to try them on first. I was walked back to fitting rooms where the associate took about 5-10 minutes to scan each bag of my order in. I mentioned several times that I also wanted to try these clothes on but after she scanned the items, she took off. Before I could say a word a line had formed for the fitting room and the other associate just looked at me with a "I'm sorry" face and took the other patrons to the fitting room ahead of me. - Once I finally got into my fitting room I began trying on my items. One pair of jeans were advertised as high-rise online but had mid-rise on the tag. I put them on and I knew they weren't a good fit for my body. I opened up the door and explained the situation to an associate and she said that the pants are high-waisted, not high-rise. I then asked for a few pairs of jeans that were high-rise in a size 8. The associates looked annoyed but left to get my items. I waited for 10 minutes and heard that same associate walking around and helping others. I opened the door and made eye contact with her and she rushed away, I assume to get me the jeans I requested. When she returned she had two pairs of jeans and said they were high-rise but didn't check the sizing on them and then tried to hand them to me to try on. I asked her what size they were and she said, "Oh they are 00." I repeated that I am a size 8 and need jeans in that size. She as even more annoyed and left and came back with 1 pair of jeans in a size 8 and told me, "Here I brought you these but if you want more, you can go get them yourself at the table in the middle of the store." Then she took off. - There was a long line to check out every time I went to the front. Patrons are waiting and there was 1 associate checking out. I noticed all of the other associates standing around and chatting or trying to look busy. I will not be coming back to this location. What should have a been a very quick shopping trip turned out to be 2 hours. I spent almost $500 and I was treated more like an annoyance than anything else.

This place is the worst, I love shopping at express but the staff here are lazy and don't care for your questions. I went here and spent about 600-700$ and a couple of my items were a dress shirt I asked them if they had the collar stays for the collar when I was checking out. The lady at the register then walked to the manager and asked her then I noticed the manager walked her to the table and gave her something, me assuming it was the collar stays and she placed it in a small bag then into my shopping bag. The funny thing is when I got home I realized it was a bunch of garbage she gave me. She could've easily said she didn't have any or it doesn't come with any but what they did was give me a small bag of garbage then placed it in my shopping bag. Can you believe it? They gave me a bag of garbage for me to bring home hahahahaha.
