Since I just got my keys, this review will be about my experience up to today. First earlier this week, I chatted with a rep online about my needs and closest location. She recommended a spot and reserved it for me. This part was great and efficient while multitasking. Soon after, same day, the manager from that location, Eric, called me and help me set up an account. Easy peasy. Then today, I went to the location where the assistant manager (I'm so sorry I'm blanking on his name) showed me how to enter my code to open the gate, and the location of my storage unit.
Overall I am impressed by how efficient this process is. It's been years since I've rented a storage unit. Everyone was so professional and I am appreciative of their help. So far so good!

Waaaayyyyy better customer service than any public storage.
Eric Stevenson himself is what sold me. When the need for storage came I went to many other storage places but there was either no one on site or the customer service was horrible and even questioned getting a storage unit. So I went to ExtraSpace and Eric greeted me and his communication was reassuring; it was alittle more expensive but I would happily come back thanks to Eric! Thank you!

Extra Space storage on Roseville Road is really convenient, easy to access, and reasonably priced. The staff onsite are very helpful. We have used their facilities twice in the last few years.
