Not a full service location. They advertise international delivery but don't know how to do it, and don't know anything about FedEx business accounts. Good for printing only, best to go to a real location

I came to this FedEx location to make copies of flyers for work purposes. The staff members were very helpful in guiding me on how to print those out on their copy machine. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Thumbs up for this place!

FedEx is a joke they'll send your package to Georgia when it's meant for California then when they find your package instead of giving you overnight shipping they take another week to get it delivered

This is the worst experience of my life. I will never use FedEx again as long as I live. I went into the office to overnight a package from Sacramento to San Francisco. It was a Friday and the person who helped said it would be there tomorrow at 10:30am. The package was actually scheduled for Monday delivery. So $60 later the package had to be recalled and the assistant manager at the store proceeded to tell me that by tomorrow they mean Monday when it's a Friday. I'm not sure how that works exactly. Maybe they need to train their employees to explain to their shipping customers what tomorrow means. Not just be rude and acting like it's all my fault for assuming overnight actually means overnight.

Excellent, professional, friendly service. Conveniently open early. I had two books spiral bound and they did a fantastic job. Great place to print many types of items as well.

I could not have asked for any better service. We had a large order to produce for a client. I didn't have a final approved graphic until 9PM 9/21. I emailed it over to the store Thursday evening and was able to talk with Jake at 8:10 this morning. We went over the sizing options and what would look best over the phone. He then offered to make a proof for me to see in person. I came to the store was able to look over the proofs and share with the client what would work best for their conference. We needed 800 copies, today. I was able to approve the order with Jake and get this order completed by 2PM today. Absolutely wasn't expecting this. HUGE relief! I cannot express how grateful I am for this crew; from talking with Ryan on the phone (he was so gracious as I was in the middle of a family dinner honoring my dad on the anniversary of his passing and trying to get this sorted out) to working directly with Jake in store to have this order submitted and completed in 5 hours. Hands down the best service! These guys deserve a bonus and huge shoutout company wide! Thank you so much for making this part of my job easier and enjoyable!

I come in to this location weekly to drop off shipments. They are always very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

I wish I had gotten the name of the associate who helped me (she was wearing an American flag mask, if that helps), but she was so incredibly kind and helpful. I walked in with no idea what she was doing and she took her time to assist me, gave me several options, and even showed me how to use the paper cutter on my print out. I was so bewildered at first but with her help I was in and out in fifteen minutes. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back again!

I needed to print out some Christmas cards last year within a deadline and originally placed an order at another store. After finding out that this store's photo printer was not working I decided to place a different order at this Arden location. I have to say, it was the best decision I made since an associate named Lex went above and beyond for me. He walked me through the process and made sure the order was correct before the cards were sent out. I'm not sure if Lex will see this but I hope he knows that his exceptional service made my experience with this store incredible in the end.

Had a great experience here after I had a surprising experience at Office Depot for fedex shipping. I followed all the guidelines for Office Depot and when I looked at my receipt it had a two date date not next day. Went to the counter and was told that they couldn't do next day. I asked what I should do and they suggested I try to get to fed ex soon before I miss the cutoff. Shocking because I called and was within the windowI raced to this fed ex and they were welcoming and reassuring. The service was great and my packages were delivered on time!
