Lots of services, fast customer service. No self-drop off for packages, but they had lots of staff available to help. Parking lot is a bit tight. Entrance is under the Chipotle sign.

I came to return some of my companies, electronics and some thing I got from Amazon. I was told I had to pay money out of my pocket for them to package it up even though I did it perfectly fine myself I think that’s quite ridiculous because all the other boxes I saw were just like mine, and they took them without any issue.

They force you to purchase packaging and have them pack things that were perfectly packaged to begin with. The packing fee was more than the shipping fee. Avoid fedex and this location specifically

FedEx offers cheaper prices on Extra Large or Heavy Boxes. Always several staff so you don’t have to wait long. Use them several times a month

I called Michael (Mike?) In an absolute PANIC. I needed a photo blown up to a large size to be completed in 30 minutes.He told me to send the photo and come in, he was going to make it happen. WHen I got in, the store was BUSY! But Mike and Roberta jumped right in to not only help me in crisis, but see to all of the customers in their busy store. I am so incredibly impressed and grateful with the staff here!

Horrible customer service! I'm pretty sure the 1 guy working today plays a game on how many people he can piss off in a day! Seriously! I was in the store for maybe 15 minutes and I counted 3, including myself! I get rules and policies but there's a way to tell people and he knows how to tell people the wrong way!

With one person in front of me, I waited, waited and WAITED for 15 minutes to drop off a prepaid package. I had somewhere to go so I left the lady in front of me was STILL IN LINE. I will take my items to the store next to the post office on south land park where they are fully staffed, quick and efficient

This review is specifically for their printing services. I upload all of my files on their website and pay online. In terms of timeframe for getting the prints done, it's pretty reasonable. The last 2 times I uploaded annotated PDF files. Both times, the files were printed without the annotations. I specifically double checked when I uploaded the file online and the previews showed the annotations. The first time it happened, I thought it was my mistake and maybe I uploaded the wrong file. So the second time I checked carefully upon uploading. Lo and behold, the prints did not have the annotations. I told the associate working at the counter that the print didn't look right. He double checked for me and the file has annotations but for some reason, the prints did not have them. He told me he would reprint again but it would take another 30 minutes since he's the only one working in the next hour or so. I like the convenience of being able to do things ahead online but definitely check everything when you pick up your prints. The price here is the most reasonable compared to their competitors.

All year round I send packages out; and, I only go to the FedEx on Freeport Blvd. as, no matter how busy they are, they always greet everyone and acknowledge you while you are in line. Excellent, friendly, genuinely helpful staff that truly gives 100% super service.

fed ex didnt deliver my package. went to pick it up and they where about to close at 6:59 i get that. instead of handing over a package the troon working there decides to spend 10 minutes outside the door arguing with me. could have handed me my pack and been done in 2 min

It took me several years to leave this review. It takes time to be able to accurately assess a business's customer service. This Fedex has to be the worst by far. There has not been a time that I have visited this location and there has not been any technical issues with either the fax machine, printer, or the computer. At my last visit, on 3/22/22, Of there were technical issues when trying to complete a simple task like logging into my email. Unfortunately I received a notification regarding privacy and was told by the fedex worker to log into my own wifi? seriously? Okay, so on that note, I requested a refund for $1.95. Guess what? I couldn't get a refund because they were have system issues. Im gifting my $1.95 to this fedex. They are going to need it
