Preetika is amazing! I watched this woman multitask and assist four different people at once. Every customer was so amazed by her talent, patience, and kindness. She was answering calls, delivering great customer service, greeting every customer that walked in, and working through customers. I have worked with Preetika in the past and she can really run this entire store on her own. She is the definition of hard work, dedication, and an amazing store manager.

I visited the FedEx at 5600 J St in Sacramento to print some documents and meet with a notary. The location is great—easy to find with plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and the printing service worked just like it should.
The only complaint I have is about the restroom. There’s just one for both men and women, and it was really dirty and smelly. My elderly mother needed to use it, but she couldn’t stand to be in there. That part definitely needs attention.
Other than that, it’s a convenient spot for printing and meeting with someone like a notary. Just hope they clean up the restroom.

Great experience. Staff was light on a weekday, but employee Jack did an incredible job. He went above and beyond to accommodate a package and I was able to get half-off the amount I would’ve originally slated to pay.

I used to work here. We used to help everyone. EVERYONE. Now, it takes an hour to print anything if you walk up to the counter? It’s not just today. It’s my 3rd time. And I don’t see the printers running anytning. Good job hiring lazy folks, FedEx

This is about FedEx located on 56th and J Street Sacramento Centrally located in East Sacramento, if you need to use a computer, or have something printed this is the place, or pick up a package or deliver one, they also have private work stations for your personal needs, and the help here is plentiful if needed, they are knowledgeable and professional in tech areas, and a go to for computer accessories, and there's plenty of parking ?️ 5 stars Hands down. Al

I had 2 returns to walmart. The clerk insisted they had to go in one box. Would not put them in separate boxes as I requested. Lesson learned. I should have canceled the whole transaction, but was told that the return label was done and could not be changed. Today I was charged $10.92 for an item that was in that box, supposedly not returned, but due to FedEx erroneous procedures, was not properly documented as a separate purchase. Expensive lesson learned. *sigh*

As another reviewer noted, this location suffers from arbitrary policy implementation and poor management. Several visits have resulted in not being able to ship packages for reasons that seem made up on a whim.

This location is amazing! Kevin was super helpful- I came in twice yesterday and he made the process so seamless. The rest of the staff was extremely nice as well. Kevin was just the one who I talked to several times. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Great experience today at this FedEx location. I had a very heavy box that I needed to return to Amazon. I contacted this location via phone and reached Jeff. I explained that I had taped the box with mailing tape, but it needed some plastic strapping added to further secure it during mailing due to the weight. Jeff reassured me that they would be able to assist me.When we showed up with the box, we were greeted nicely by both Jeff and his co-worker as we entered the building. Jeff came over to assist and when I started to describe what was needed, he was quick to recall our earlier phone conversation. We were in and out of there in no time, return receipt in hand. Jeff made sure to let me know when the mailing would actually occur due to the weekend schedule. Kudos to FedEx for having Jeff at the helm of this busy location, and thank you, Jeff!

I had an urgent package being shipped to me overnight - been waiting at home by the door for it. My dog barks once - he sensed someone at the door. No knock. I run over and the fedex guy turns around and walks away from me. I have to FLAG HIM DOWN "hi did you leave this note on my door?" He goes "i was there quite a while" a lie. Clearly he came to my door, immediately left a note, then tried to get away with not doing his job. Lazy and rude at that. I hope he gets fired, these people will try whatever they can to NOT deliver your package.
