I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service. I had been waiting a long time for my official transcript from my university, but FedEx completely ruined it. They folded the document and left it at my apartment door as if it were just a piece of scrap paper. This was an important document that should have been handled with care.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but my experience on July 2 at 1:06pm with the assistant manager wasn’t good. Long story short,. She asked what I was shipping I said rc car. She look at me like she didn’t believe me or I had drug bc I’m African American. She asked if I wanted insurance and I said yes $500 insurance.. so she cut the box open pull some stuff out of it with slight attitude. Didn’t reseal the box but while I was walking out she dropped my box on the ground and drug it to the back or somewhere. 15lb box all on camera. Kinda ruined my day but this review is for her. Don’t judge a book by its cover please and thank you!

Had a chance to work with Camellia at the FedEx on Arden Mall. She was very nice and provided me with pricing on my FedEx packages. She was very patient and professional. Thanks for your help.

Chris is a model example of how every print specialist should strive to be. Fantastic customer service, friendly, personality, and patient demeanor. 👌🏼
I would love to work with Fedex more just because of employees like him, but because of the pricing being so incredibly high if you’re printing in bulk (not his fault, obv), we had to go with another printer.

Some people are naturally good at problem-solving, but some create problems. Today at FedEx, I had a similar experience. An older man at this branch caused me problems and asked for almost $26 to ship two small packages; he was very rude. A younger man with glasses charged me $9 and was very nice.

Chris at this FedEx location was very helpful when assisting me with shipping I needed to get done. The store is clean, and employees seem prompt & ready to assist even during busy hours.

Each time I enter this business I usually need help to complete my transaction. The staff is always happy to help me. I usually go to this business mid morning before they get to busy. I've never had a bad visit here. I am a nice woman and I talk to people the way I like to be spoken to. If you go into the store with a bad attitude the staff will help you anyway. It's actually something important that I need to include as follows: While I was in the store a man was working on changing the door to make it accessible to those with disabilities. Because this business is showing support for the disabled and their needs I revised my rating to five stars.
