These people are racist they have no patience and are not willing to acomódate one piece of paper that cost $8 by the way...extremely rude assuming I would only spend penny's not dollars !!!!

I came here this morning to fax off some paperwork...there was 2 people ahead of me and Michael thanked us for our patience an assured us he'll get right to us...I was only in the store for a minute before he said that...Michael helped me with setting up the machine to send a fax...I wasn't able to get the fax to go through, due to a busy line...I was in distress b/c I needed to send the forms today...Michael came over to further assist me...I appreciate him showing human kindness, I'll be back later today to try again

I shipped a package with a declared a value of $4200 and was told I needed an adult signature. There was nothing adult in the package. I had never paid for a signature before above a certain dollar declared value. I was charged an estimated $7.65 too much according to the FedEx website estimator. It showed me again that no fee is required for a signature above a certain declared value. No signature, indirect, and direct signature were all the same price. Adult signature was $7.65 more.When I called back and talked to the manager of the store he said it was a store policy and might be different from FedEx corporate. What does that mean? I am now going to get a UPS account since I can no longer depend on that location. Staff and management keep changing and not for the better. I have been going to that location since I moved 6 years ago. This is the first time I was charged for a signature and the first time I was forced to get an adult signature. Again, there was nothing "adult" in the package.I contacted corporate customer service and the woman I talked to had an accent so bad I could hardly understand her. She did not know what she was doing. She said the adult signature fee was the same as the other signature fees. That is wrong. Bottom line is FedEx employees either do not know what they are doing or they deliberately overcharge customers.

I really appreciate the great services I always receive at this location. I've printed twice here and every time they work hard to make sure it is exactly how I want the product. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be returning for my next printing need.

I rarely leave a bad review. However, this morning I left this location feeling I helped by the two individuals who were working at this time. Today is Tuesday @9:30am. I came here to fax a document. I was unsure about faxing some of the pages because they were double sided. Let's paint the picture it's two workers. One is apparently printing out a big prop. The other is at the counter. There's two people on the computer. A guy waiting for his email to come through and me. So it wasn't too busy. The Lady said that I needed to scan all the papers first. So I proceeded to do that. And she goes back behind the counter. On the screen it pops up to put in an email. I go and ask about this. She says it's for the receipt. So I was like ok. I proceeded to put my email in. Then the session is at the end. I go back to the counter and ask her why it didn't show any option to fax? She then ask me you didn't push the fax button? I was like what? You told me I needed to make copies first. She then goes back to the counter because they're getting a delivery of boxes. That she said we're express and they had only 10minutes to get them checked in. So the guy's email finally comes through they give him the copy and he leaves. And I'm still just there. The lady starts checking in the boxes the other is printing still. So yea that was like 20 minutes of my time wasted.
