Makes much better colored copies than staples copiers. Filthy bathroom- smells awful, therefore lower rating.

Let someone cut in front of me in line. Waited 5 minutes before being serviced, I asked to buy a shipping box and the woman behind the counter shrugged me off for not having your sizes memorized instead of helping guide my purchase. Extremely unprofessional.

We printed all the materials for a family event here and the staff was so kind and helpful. We came in with a lot of half formed ideas and they even helped us troubleshoot and land on what we really wanted and needed in term of banners, posters, and other printed materials. Rameen, Jack, Carley, and Eric were all extremely warm, welcoming; patient, and knowledgeable.

My experience with Supervisor Rameen was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in customer service. He is not helpful what so ever and he looks for any opportunity to upcharge you. If you're looking to get a print job done, have anyone but him help you!!

I have been coming to this location since 2021. They have never lost any of my packages I ship and I’ve come to know all the staff. Sam, Eric, Justin, Kristina, Frank, etc.. they are ALL people to work with to get your business taken care of! Thanks you guys!

She told me to go to a FedEx location to ship my eBay purchase. The label and shipping was already paid for.

I accidentally dropped off a UPS package at this FedEx location. FedEx store management decided to ship the package to corporate for destruction/incineration rather than transfer it to UPS. FedEx store management also decided against opening the package to see if there was a return label with customer contact info (which there was). It is illogical for a corporation to spend money to pollute the environment rather than have an employee undertake due diligence. The destruction of misplaced packages is not just an example of corporation laziness, but a significant contributor to climate change. The decision made by FedEx store management not only harmed the environment, but also my pocketbook. I lost nearly $35 due to corporate apathy and lackadaisical store management.
