Horrible service, I came in for a simple oil change, which was going to be around $60. During the service, they explained to me that they had to remove my old adapter and replace it because the screw was not holding up anymore. Prior to my visit, everything was fine. I had zero leakage of oil, and my car was running great. I left paying $714 after my visit. They did not let me leave without the extra service and demanded me that if I planned to deny the service, they would call a tow truck. Very unprofessional, will never come here again. How do they expect a customer to have that kind of money when they just planned to come in for a simple oil change. What boiled my blood even more was that a customer that came in the same time as me also had the same issue to her car. They are just trying to rob us at this point. Don't recommend this location or company.

They found a nail in my rear tire and repaired it for $30. Their customer service was great! Always like coming to them. Tomas and the others were fantastic!

The technician tried to keep my aftermarket valve stem caps. Told me they “recommend a coolant flush” then when I drove the car on Friday (less than 24 hours after the completed service) and before I reach my destination my car is overheating. Upon examination under the hood…the technician disconnected the lower hose to the radiator! All the coolant drained out!Edit: Ken called shortly after seeing above review and offered to inspect the cooling system. Due to prior repairs completed by another (none Firestone) mechanic we agreed to check and tighten all radiator hoses and top off fluids.Will contact other shop as well…should still be coved under warranty.

I will not be returning to this location. The customer service is the worst that I have had. The invoice was incorrectly done. The manager Ken spoke rudely to several customers that entered the store.

Kristen and the store manager were very warm and inviting. They made me feel welcome and like they appreciated my business. I traveled almost 200 miles one-way to get my service done, as this was the closest Firestone to my current location, so I HAD to wait around gor my vehicle. As of this writing, I have been here for almost 3 hours. For the majority of this three hours, ulthe desk has been manned by a young lady, named Misty. Sitting here watching her and listening to her interactions with the customers has been very disheartening. She represents EVERYTHING that has gone wrong with customer service in the last 15 years. When she answers the telephone, she does so as if she assumes that they are going to be ugly and belligerent, before giving them a chance. When she makes calls, she speaks so fast that I don't believe anyone on the other end can discern what she is trying to telling them. When dealing with customers come in to the store, she talks down to them, EVERY SINGLE PERSON that came in today. Luckily for her, Kristen was the only one at the counter when I came in. If Misty had talked to me the way she talked to others, I'm afraid one of us would have been in tears, and I am not 100% sure it would have been me. In most cases, Misty's attitude would soften towards the customer by the end of the interaction, but not enough to eliminate the bad feelings she had already set into play. Misty seems like she COULD be a great person, but she must have left that person chained to the radiator at home today. She should do better. She could do better!!

The front desk associate were rude. They made me to think as if I can't afford the service. Well, I went back for My key w/o allowing them to touch my car. We don't treat humans like that. Or is it because I'm black. Such a horrible experience..

The crew at the Stockton Blvd Firestone have been taking care of my cars for as long as I have been driving. My father even used to always bring his cars to this location. Solid crew of folks behind the counter and in the garage. Never an issue with the work done or the customer service. Prices are in line with pretty much any other shop in town.

Employees were very honest about what needed to be done on my car and explained why they would recommend the service. They didn't pressure me into getting more expensive things done than I needed at the time and gave me a timeline for when to expect to need to fix or service certain things in the future. Most auto shops try to get me to pay for things I don't necessarily need, causing me to have to get multiple opinions. I felt I could trust the opinion of the employees here and their recommendations were reasonable and informed.

This WAS where I always went for years. NEVER AGAIN. DON'T waste your time or money. Things have changed dramatically. 2 days there and was left with a bad taste in my mind. Assistant is not a people person. Head guy gave his word and quote on price but assistant said she would not honor. My back was up against the wall and my car held captive. So many other things wrong too. I also observed that more than 50% of other customers were being treated wrong also. What a shame! At this store, they only care about the money, not the service to the customer. Do Not waste your time or money where the service is crapping and their word is no good. I always support locally but I will not be returning. Shameful!

If I could give 0 stars I would Ken was completely unprofessional and rude. Was told they could fix an 02 sensor so booked appointment just to waste my time and say take it ti a dealershipWill never use firestone again

Misty was extremely helpful, with a great attitude and friendly personality, she got everything taken care of for my truck. The techs finished in a very timely manner which I'm grateful for since I work over the road. 10/10 recommend this location.

10 am appointment. In early. Coustomer service outstanding. Made a stressful day much easier. Made sure we were aware of all deals and promotions. Tires needed to be delivered and were there before appointment. Class operation.
