Was told my car would be done within an hour and a half, over 3 hours later we had to call and we're told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later only to be made to wait another half hour. Additionally the employees were more concerned with selling us on a scammy service plan then addressing our concerns. The mechanics also tracked oil and mud into my car and left scraps of tape and paper all over the seats, and left a plastic bag hanging from my side mirror. Am not planning on giving them my business again.

The Firestone staff was extremely kind and professional during the time I was there. There was a woman that came in yelling and screaming that the hood of her car was up after work was done and tried to accuse them of stealing parts from our vehicle, which was not the case. The staff member kindly explained that anytime a vehicle.Is there before during and after work is complete, they have an open hood policy, which is clearly stated on their door for everyone to read. He kindly explained this to the woman as she was yelling and screaming at him and he kept his professionalism the entire time. The reason her car was still there was because she hadn't paid the bill. This was not the staff member's fault or anyone else's, but the irate customer. I would give that staff member a 10/10 in professionalism on how he handled the situation. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to come to Firestone to get work done on their vehicle.

After I left Wednesday, the tire pressure sensor was triggered. I drove right back and they fixed it. The next morning on the way to work, the sensor triggered again. I called, but I was working in Rancho Cordova that day. I asked if they had a location there and they said yes, and they close at 6 pm. I work until 5:30 pm. I left early and was to the Rancho location at 5:10 pm. The guy at the counter was sympathetic, but said it wasn't enough time for them to get into it. I was leaving for Lake Tahoe Friday (the motivating factor to get the tires replaced). So now my Friday schedule was goofed up so I could take my car back in again. Four trips is too many. Being unwilling to get into an issue that was caused by the company because there isn't enough time is terrible service.There are other options. I'll use those in the future.
PS. I rated them low on their own survey and they pre-selected this text for me to share. This seems par for the course: neglecting the details and not thinking policies all the way through.

Wonderful personnel. I had a lot of confidence in their knowledge and integrity. Their service was timely and efficient. Clean and comfortable waiting area. They even gave me a ride home while working on my car. Everyone who came in during my visit seemed to have an equally excellent interaction. Highly recommended.

Raiz and team took very good care of when my son and wife went there for new tires. Honest and very reasonably priced. We shall make that our regular pitstop. I've also scheduled a appointment for other services.

I was going to be going out of town and I seemed to have a slow leak in my tire. I did not want to get stuck in the mountains, so I called and spoke with Shawn and he said that he could check the tire the same day.They repaired the puncture and now I don't need to worry about getting stuck!

The gentleman at the front counter was very helpful and and explained everything very good , even though I couldn't do the repairs at this time he was willing to go the extra mile for me, that's a good employee. I will go back for the service as soon as I can thank you
