I went to the University Avenue location to make payment. I was greeted before I was even around the corner into the office. Very small location. I normally deal with a guy there. This time some gal named Ash. She was ok up until she asked me for my ID. I asked her, why do you need it? I was just making a payment? She says don't you provide ID at your other bank. I said no., not if I'm just making a payment. She proceeded to get snippy and said look your a new customer and I need to scan a copy of your ID. I said why when I purchased the vehicle they took a copy of it and sent it to you. She was a total jerk. I only came in to make a payment because they like to hold on to my checks for almost two weeks after their mailed. There is no way these checks take two weeks to get to their destination. Someone isn't doing their job. I would recommend this place too many options out there.

I will never bank with this bank again. They overdrafted my checking account at another bank because they did not stop my auto payments. After closing a loan with him. They refused to make it right. When I asked for a manager, They hung up on me after putting me on hold. I will tell everyone I can never to bank here.

I have been a member for over twenty years and really appreciate the small bank attention I receive whenever I go into the branch. They know your name and you don't feel like a number, much different than the big banks. Fees are nonexistent and our home equity line is at a great rate. Maybe not the fastest service, but overall I would recommend.

The worst place I have ever dealt with. I came to cash my check here and the teller at the window refused, when I asked for an explanation I was simple told "No". The check was a large amount but I had several forms of identification to prove it was my name on the check; which they refused to even look at. I'm not sure if they mistook me for someone else or if it is because I'm a young person of color but either way these folks lack basic professionalism.

Excellent customer service. Beth Vos and Asha Lal helped me in transferring funds to my title company at the last minute and over the phone. They always treated me really well for the past 3 years!

We waited over 20 minutes for a notary. We were clearing up some business of my recently deceased mother in law and needed a notary. We had to wait for the notary to help a person at the counter first. I understand that but more and more people came to the counter so we had to wait until the bank was emptybefore she could help us. And yes there was another teller. I'm glad that i won't have to deal with this branch again after this. Not even a "sorry for the wait"

Do not trust this credit union. They will tell you anything to try to get more business, but ultimately just take your money and waste your time. Background: I attempted to refinance my mortgage here with the banker Joe Carlini using an equity cash-out refinance. I owe next to nothing on my house with equity exceeding $150,000 and I requested less than 30% of it. I spent weeks meeting with them, gathering the information requested, and signing up for their checking account along with paying the fee to create the account, along with other things they suggested. The banker who created my checking account was exceedingly rude and he kept scoffing at his system as it was annoying him. Regardless, I explained to Joe that I have a full plate and do not want another hard credit inquiry unless the loan will be approved. I was assured that my refinance would go through without a problem. Shockingly, I was denied and told to get a cosigner with a reason cited as "debt to income ratio" and Joe told me that he didn't know that student loans would count as debt since I am not paying on them yet. Shouldn't a banker who helps customers with mortgages know that information? Then he told me I was only "a cpuple hundred a month" above the required debt to income ratio. I resolved this by paying off all credit cards not included in the cash-out refi and selling my car. I loved that car. Despite fulfilling their requirements and meeting the debt to income ratio, I was told yet again to get a cosigner with no factual reason to back up the denial. I have clearly been strung along and lied to. But the damage has already been done - their hard inquiries have dropped my credit score and now I don't have a car along with the weeks of stress this process has wrought. I wish I'd never stumbled across this horrid credit union.

I am having the worst experience EVER! I HAVE BEEN USING ONLINE BANKING FOR YEARS AND NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS. Every time I try to log on to my account, the system says my info is incorrect. I called and confirmed my user name and the system will not let me in. I have tried 4 passwords but none works. I need to be able to access my accounts but at this time I cannot. I NEED HELP. THIS IS REDICULOUS!
