Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker are connected at this location in Arden Fair Mall. The store is pretty big and carries many sports shoes and clothes for the adults and kids.The store has the men's, women's, and kids' sections. It is very easy to shop in this Foot Locker store because of the layout. The store is nice and organized very well.

With all the online shopping and other shoe stores . I will never return to footlocker , the managers are always on their phone . I don’t know who picks y’all employees but y’all picked managers trying to lose customers & money . They hire- Narcissistic Girls with attitude or creep men who only work with women they want a number from . You can be there for hours & wont even get talked too, try to pick up and they won’t know where the shoe is or have proper training to ask questions

Walked in to the store and was looking at the Hokas and I was wearing Hokas, the girl with the dark hair and long braid completly ignored me, but as soon as two guys walked in she made sure to help them. I was thinking of buying a pair but since I was ignored I walked right out.

My spouse selected shoes, and upon checking out she was asked for an e mail address. My spouse politely declined and asked to proceed with the purchase. The clerk replied that providing an email address is required to be given a receipt of purchase. Again, my spouse politely declined and asked to proceed, with the purchase. The clerk asked again, for the email saying it was required, to which my spouse replied that she would not be giving an e mail address, and had no obligation to do so. She understood it may be company policy to ask but in no way should she be required to provide personal information to make a purchase. The clerk was rude and dismissive, but rang up the shoes. She refused to offer a reciept for the merchandise purchased. We are offended by the behavior and attitude of the clerk. We have never been refused a receipt from other establishments. If this is indeed a store policy, we will not be returning to purchase more merchandise in the future.

My experience could have been a happier one I spent $403 when I got home and opened up stuff I found out that the box was ripped which is kind of a big deal there was no tissue paper in the shoebox like what am I paying for

Managers they hire are good people. Never had a problem there. But the part time kids they hire, really need customer service training. On phones at the register, no enthusiasm, just that skip it I'm a work I don't care attitude. And I've been shopping with the footlocker brand for 20 plus years, and certain aspects have fell off. I asked for a paper receipt, along with the emailed copy female at the register ignored me twice on two trips the same day. Did the shoe check with no care in the world. They were a Christmas gift, and it's two left shoes. Been calling for days, no answer. I'm not rich, but every trip I spend hundreds of dollars. Expect better service for the amount of money I spend there. That trip alone was a $600 bill. Get better or keep losing good customers.

I enjoyed shopping at this foot locker. The staff were not annoying. The music was not too loud. They had an amazing selection of colors and styles.

About 10 people in the store and nobody picks up the phone ever. Like literally no way to find out info unless you drive across town to the mall
