I love these guys! My crew was hilarious, cracking jokes the whole time they were there. They worked hard and got the truck loaded up super quickly. These guys were personable, hardworking, and most importantly, they moved all of my things in perfect condition.

Full House Movers was the best moving company I could have choose. They really did such a great job to move me out of my apartment which was in the 3rd floor and have me relocated into my new home within the same day. They secured all my furniture and pieces so they weren't scratched or broken. Everything was done very well, the team is great, overall very happy with my move thanks to Full House Movers.

UPDATE 7/9/2016: These movers redeemed themselves. There was miscommunication but when the movers, Jose and Raam, arrived, they were courteous and professional. Understandably, they took the night to sleep and rest. They started at around 8:30 AM and completed the job, including furniture assembly, in just under 2 hours. In the end, these movers did a job well done. I think better communication would have made this a much better experience but overall I am grateful we have our things. Nothing looks broken or damaged so far. ORIGINAL REVIEW 7/8/2016: I do not recommend using Full House Movers (Kent, WA). As I write this, I am still waiting for a response from our driver who was scheduled to arrive between noon and 4:00 PM. By 3:30 PM, we had not received a phone call, so we called the driver. He explains that they were delayed by freeway construction. At least let us know! That's what a cell phone is for. Then he says the new estimated time of arrival would be at 9:00 PM according to his GPS. I'm suspicious because he was already in San Jose which, without traffic is only 2.5 hours away from San Luis Obispo. Even with terrible traffic, it shouldn't take 5.5 hours to arrive. Well, it's now 10:35 PM. The driver is not only absent but he isn't responding to our texts and calls. This is unacceptable. Stay away from this company.

I had a very bad experience with these guys. This includes late delivery, broken furnitures and especially the mattress and box were full drenched in rain as those were hanging behind the truck. Anyways. experience is the best teacher. So, please try if you never had a bad experience with moving :)

Like Jeff, I would give them -5 stars if that were possible. To start with, their scheduling was terrible. My wife was assured that they would show up within a one hour window, and assured of a call the week prior to verify. Neither of these things happened. She called three days before to confirm the schedule, but the day of she called at the end of the scheduled arrival window and was told that there was a three hour arrival window. After explaining the situation to several people, a supervisor finally dispatched a truck with three movers, which arrived within 45min. Upon arrival, the movers tried to get my wife to sign blank contracts regarding total costs for the move, and yelled at her for not being willing to sign them without reading them, and then for explaining to them what the contracts said. It was obvious the movers have no idea whatsoever what the contracts actually state. When the movers arrived at the destination, they opened the door to discover my wife's piano, a 100+yr family heirloom, had fallen forward onto its face during transit. This was due entirely to the incompetence of the movers, who did not strap the piano properly to the wall. They left it on the furniture dolly and strapped it to the wall by the keyboard, so that when it shifted during transit the strap moved down under the keyboard, allowing the piano to fall forward. The piano suffered significant cosmetic and internal damage, and we are still dealing with the company about the claim. I suspect they will simply pay the $0.60/lb rather than send someone out to fix it. If that wasn't enough, the idiot in charge of securing the piano had the nerve to claim that "accidents do happen," and then argue with me when I told him that it wasn't an accident because it wasn't strapped down properly! Accidents are the result of unforseeable circumstances. Had I been present to watch it being loaded and secured, I sure as hell could have foreseen the result of the piano being improperly secured. THEN, they scratched the brand new laminate flooring in the house moving the fridge, because they weren't paying attention. AND they put a good sized dent in the wall moving a cabinet, again because they weren't paying attention. Before they left, we asked to walk through the back of the truck to make sure we didn't leave anything, and one of the movers acted indignant, claiming "we didn't steal nothing!" These guys are idiots. DO NOT USE THEM! They're nothing but unskilled labor, they obviously have no legitimate experience moving people's belongings, and they shouldn't be trusted to move anything you value.

The absolute worst moving experience ever. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. They are deceptive in their quotes, lie about the coverage the provide, and throw on extra charges at every turn. For starters, their original quote included packing of various items, but at the end of the day it cost me an additional $600. Next, their delivery people on the other side (this was an interstate move) held my shipment hostage until I paid them an additional $2,500 on a binding agreement. Then there is the insurance issue. I was told that the shipment was covered for $108,000, hence I didn't feel the need to buy additional coverage. Numerous items were damaged such as the leg supports for the pool table being broken, an antique display cabinet was scratched and pitted, appliances were dented, irreplaceable sculptures were broken, and when it comes to filling the claim they said I'm only covered for 60 cents a pound. Considering they lost a box full of RC aircraft worth over $1,500 dollars (and the aircraft being light by design) I will be lucky to get $5.00 back for a loss of $1,495. Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere for your moving needs. This company lacks integrity, professionalism, and are complete scammers. Perhaps this is part my fault for believing in the good in people, but unless you pay several thousand dollars extra for more insurance they will completely disrespect your property with no attempt to treat it as I would if I were in their position. Let the buyer beware.

I can't say enough good things about Triple 7 Movers! The movers were wonderful! Our house sold in just 5 days, and I was not prepared for the quick move that I had to make. Since I was temporarily moving my belongings into a storage facility till I could find a new home, they wrapped and blanketed literally all my furniture. Itay worked with me to set up the pickup date on short notice. Then Triple 7 Movers moved me into my new home after 5 months in storage, and not one single piece of furniture was damaged!!! I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great move. Don't move without them!
