Watch out. I had a diesel F-250 that died at a stoplight in Sacramento. I towed it to Future Ford. They diagnosed it as a high pressure fuel pump failure and sent me a $15,000 repair estimate. I said no thanks and towed it to my local diesel mechanic. He spent a day on it and found the problem was a faulty fuel filter that was causing the fuel pressure loss. I walked out the door with a running, driving truck for less than $1000. Amazing.

I took my 2014 f350 dually here for the front end death wobble. They replaced the rear shocks for $1200 as a recommendation. Did not fix the problem. I took the truck to Adamson Auto and Diesel in Rocklin. Their diagnostic recommended 3 major front end issues to fix. Which actually fixed the wobble at $1600.
How does a Ford dealership not know how to fix the death wobble?

The service department here has gone downhill over the years, not sure what happened but they used to be good. Surprising since Roseville is fantastic. Took my vehicle in for an emissions issue that failed before warranty, freeze frame data proves it, however the dealer was "backed up" so they couldn't get my vehicle in right away. Finally get my vehicle in and it sits in an unsecured lot across the street for a full week before they touch it, finally the day they look at it GPS says shows it in the bay for only about 20 minutes before they call my girlfriend, NOT ME, THE OWNER OF THE CAR, to say it's out of warranty and will be $800 to fix, not sure how they calculate that since the part wholesale is $144 and it's .6 hours book time. I tried calling a half dozen times, they never answer, leave message after message and the service advisor NEVER once returned a call. Extremely poor customer service.

I should have looked at the store ratings before I wasted my time driving over. Very much a stereotypical used car salesmen mentality down here. I came down to look at a truck that they had marked at what appeared to be a fair price until I saw it in person bed had a hole torn through it, back and front bumpers had pretty extensive damage that they tried to hide with camera angles. They told me it went through a safety inspection, but how would you miss a faulty turn signal in an inspection? That's like one of the first things on a safety check list. That tells me that it never happened, along with the grass and dirt caked in the wheel wells. I asked them to get me a price, they text me an appointment that I never asked for and then proceed to play 20 questions with me over the course of two hours and only gave me a price when I finally told them to stop wasting my time. The price wasn't event 30% of the damage and barely a fair price for a truck with no damage. Next up, they try to push me towards a new truck which was their intention from the beginning. I have plenty of money, but lack the time to deal with behavior like this. The crowning blow was when he just responded with "I don't think there's a discount high enough for you to take it", basically trying to say I'm poor. Based on this I will never buy a car from these people. Just be professional. It's not that hard. I blame management. Get your act together and be professional. You sell cars, you don't cure cancer.

*DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO* On 8/29/2023 I was looking at cars on the Future Ford of Sacramento, they had a 2007 Toyota Camry for sale under $10K. Luis, Internet sales advised me that they finance cars $10k & under. We had been texting about the Toyota, and by the end of the day I thought it was sold. Luis indicated that the car was still available, but on a sister lot, but would be accessible (bait and switch, with false advertising). I arrived at the dealership & advised Luis that I was on a very strict budget, that money was tight and I had to stay under $10K. Five minutes later he comes back after looking at their inventory and I quote, "I have the perfect car for you". The other sales person, Tony Lee, guides me out to the tent and shows me a 2017 Nissan Altima sales price listed at $13,977. I was taken aback, because it wasn't the Toyota we had been discussing (clear Bait & Switch tactic). I take the 2017 Nissan Altima for a test drive, but with no intention of buying the car. Tony talks to me about the car and upon returning to the dealership, gets a phone call from another sales person asking him where he was and if I was planning on buying the car, that their client was there to see it! Tony answered Yes for me, hangs up and says "It's a first come, first sale". That he wasn't waiting around for the other sales persons clients to show up. Upon returning to the dealership, I'm ushered back inside by Tony, where Tony & Luis both tag-team collecting personal information and aggressively moved forward with the sale without my explicit consent or allowing me time to process. I was never given the opportunity to negotiate the price down. Before I knew it, I was ushered in to see Dustin Forney, finance manager, who directed me to decline the contract cancellation option agreement because "it wasn't worth it". He pressured me to buy a full warranty package, playing on the fact that parts are expensive. The 2017 Nissan Altima had 97K miles on it and again playing on my fears of having to be out of another car, if something were to happen. (my prior car was recently totaled). I had been at the dealership for almost 4 hours, it was late and I was exhausted. Dustin ran through document after document so fast, without me fully comprehending what was happening due to my learning disability. I asked questions about the warranty, he only explained that it would cost me a few more dollars to my payment. He did NOT indicate it would cost me $4K. They pressured me to leave my rental car on their lot and take home the Altima, even though I wasn't comfortable with it, just to get me to drive the car off the lot. I was coerced to buy this vehicle using sales manipulation and pressure tactics on 8/29/2023. The sales and finance teams oversold and intentionally misled me. Upon reviewing the sales contract the next day, they're attempting to finance $13,201.84 even though I put down a $6,350. I returned the car on 8/30/2023 and emailed & sent a certified demand letters to Mgmt. and Finance Director with Future Ford of Sacramento. They made no attempt to contact me until Thursday 9/7/2023, 2 days after my down payment was to deposit. I stopped payment on the check due to the risk of it bouncing since I did not have the funds from my insurance settlement. Future Ford of Sacramento continued to run my credit after I surrendered the vehicle, racking up 26 +inquires on my credit report. My brother and I met with the finance director Brandy Norman on Friday 9/8/23 and while they have ability to cancel the contract, they're refusing to do so! She offered two options: #1 Revise the original agreement with the Nissan, remove the warranty, lower the APR; #2 put me in a different VIN # under the same loan, in a vehicle that is within my budget. #3 would be them suing me for breach of contract. We chose #2, and provided the parameters to find a car. Mind you the entire time I still had not been approved by financing, I called all 26 banks

After an accident, my car was totaled, and I was in desperate need of a car. Like really desperate. I was driving my grandmother's old beat-up car. My cousin took me into Future Ford of Sacramento one weekend and introduced me to Justin McClelland. All the salesmen at Future were so great! As a female purchasing an automobile alone, it's easy to be taken advantage of. They stayed within my price range, were not overly aggressive with me, and I came out with a cute little Escape that I absolutely love. I would recommend Future Ford of Sacramento to anyone. Also, don't get it confused with Future Ford of Roseville. If you are a female, you will feel so violated. I was in thatPlace for about 10 minutes before I left due to pushy creepers blatantly trying to stare down my tank top.

Thank you Future Ford! What a great experience buying my 2022 Ford expedition. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Minimal back and forth as far as negotiation. Will definitely continue to do business here on my future purchases.

Our car was stolen so we ended up at the dealership to see what we could do. It was unexpected so we obviously did not have the money saved and was not prepared to purchase a car. However we met Marcus at Future ford explained our situation and told him our price range and what we could afford. With no hesitation or quick talk he helped us make the best deal we could afford. He made us feel like family we are so happy with our purchase. We will be purchasing our next car with Marcus!!! Also our finance guy Matt Torres was the bomb !! Great guy and energy ! Marcus and Matt for the win !!!

Worst Diesel Truck Service EVER! Having bought my first vehicle out of the Navy from this location and having bought two others there, I will never go back for anything. They were originally Suburban Ford when I purchased my vehicles. I'm a Ford gal and always have been. I was a technician in the Navy and always enjoyed working on my own vehicles. Unfortunately I don't have the space or all the tools for my F-250 truck even though I own the 5,857 page service manual. (You will see the receipts attached from Future Ford and from the automotive shop that actually repaired it for less than what Future Ford charged me to diagnose it)When I bought my truck I was told it will at least get to 300,000 miles as it was a diesel if I took care of it. I took really good care of it and know it inside and out and it had 298,538 miles on it when I towed it in.It was really disheartening when I was told I needed a NEW ENGINE after they had it for two weeks. I wasn't losing fuel mileage, I wasn't having any smoke and there were no other issues except one sputter before it died on the 101 Freeway. I had it towed there as I had assumed it was injectors as I had Future Ford replace them all and they were still under warranty.I let the service manager know my goal was to get it to 300,000 miles and getting a new engine for $22,000 was out of the question. They actually didn't even have one in stock he found out. There was nothing else they were willing to do to it.I talked with some friends and family and they all knew how much I loved and took care of my truck and suggested I call a mechanic up in Auburn, CA. I called her and she referred me to Quality Automotive. I figured why not, it's worth a second estimate. Well in 3 business days I had my truck back and running fine for LESS than Future Ford charged me for doing nothing but diagnosing a NEW ENGINE.I have towed a Ford Ranger Extra Cab on a trailer over the Sierras in the snow and no issues with starting or anything. Made many trips back and forth to Southern California with no issues.A couple months later I took care of the recommendations by this shop and I haven't had one issue yet. I currently have 308,314.6 miles on my truck and haven't needed a new engine yet. I am saving up for a new Diesel, but NOT buying it from Future Ford.To think, if I would have believed them and put in a new engine if they ever got one, I would still need the other parts thus causing a much higher bill. My truck has gone 9,776 miles since needing a new engine with no fuel loss or any smoke or any delay in starting. In fact she's pretty good off the line!I waited to write this review until my complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair was complete. I did receive $1141.00 back from Future Ford only because of their lack of communication on the total cost. It did cost over $600.00 for the rental car I needed while they had my truck and an additional $350.00 to have it towed from there to Auburn, CA.I have been told by the Bureau of Automotive Repair that they will no longer service this vehicle. Like I would ever let them sell me or service any of my vehicles.I think Future Ford of Sacramento makes all their money from their service department from companies with a Fleet that don't care what the bill is. Not us hard working veterans who work everyday for everything we have so they don't care so much.

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS CAR DEALER! LIARS, CHEATERS AND MANIPULATORS!!!!!!!After 5 months of waiting for a comparable vehicle to show up on this lot, it finally happened. I called to see if I could get this vehicle for the same amount for the vehicle they sold out from under us. Such a joke. No one even called me back to make any kind of any offer. Just goes to show that they have absolutely no customer service -- unless you could BAD customer service. Look below for my other review. They really screwed us over and when given the opportunity to make it right, what did they do? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!DUSTIN -- you really are horrible -- I thought that you cared that your company screwed me over? Did the general manager care? No. Did the owner care? No. Is this where you should buy a car? NO NO NO
