Cody was helpful and got me set up with Kill Team. He said Saturdays were good for Age of Sigmar. I also saw some Blood Bowl activity.The store was closed when I stopped in previously, but it was because he was sick, which is very reasonable.Update: This store, and the people that hang there to play, are fantastic. I have never felt so welcome and they have made getting into the hobby, as a first timer, an absolute joy.Often times, regulars show up to chat, paint, play, or just enthusiastically help out new people, which makes Cody's job a little easier, and speaks to the level of passion and support you will find if you decide to play with us!Also, Cody took over in 2022, so if you went previously and had a poor experience, come give it another go.Hope to see you there :)

This store is my favorite local shop to get Games Workshop models from. The store is always clean and Cody is always super helpful and willing to talk about the hobby. The store has three tables to play on, so being some friends. They also have demo games that can be played. What more could a hobbyist ask for?

You're better off flipping a coin than consulting their posted hours to determine if they'll be open. I stop by the plaza this store is in on an almost weekly basis and it seems like they're rarely open. The one time I went in the employee was nice, but don't make a long trip to get here without calling first.

Great store! There was only one employee; "Cody" but he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Another customer who's been attempting to apply for said store "Michael" was also very enthusiastic about Warhammer and both were able to make great recommendations on what beginners should start out with. 10/10 wonderful Gamesworkshop experience. Please hire Michael!

Great place, great staff that doesn't do the hard sell but instead offers a comfortable environment and pleasant conversation so you end up spending the same amount of money anyway. Artwork in this store is phenomenal!

The store is randomly closed even though their posted hours say otherwise. I don't live super close (45 min drive), and this can be really frustrating. The store didn't carry any of my favorite product (Middle Earth), and the owner said there wasn't much interest for the game and they had never had anybody ask about it. Just very dismissive of their own product, when I know for a fact that other game stores in the area have regular meetups and occasional tournaments. Surprisingly, I asked all those players about their experience at this location (if they had any), and they all said the same thing. They all inquired about Middle Earth, and were all told it was basically a dead game before finding support at other stores (not GW). About 10 people had this same experience in the last year. This tells me that the store owner is very out of touch with what is going on in the area, and is just unwilling to support their own game.

Super friendly and knowledgeable clerk! The other customers there were also very welcoming. There's space to play the tabletop game or paint the minis so its great to learn about the hobby! will definitely revisit!

Pretty awesome to have an official Games Workshop store so close to me. Makes me wish I was into the Warhammer 40K years ago. But never too late to start. Store manager is more than happy to sit down and explain anything to you. Welcoming store environment and players are very friendly.

The hours can occasionally be hit or miss, but that can happen when unexpected things come up. With that being said, Hogan greets every customer with enthusiasm and respect.Whether you're new to the hobby, an experienced veteran, or a returning player from a long break from the franchise He is always happy to answer any questions you may have.Update:The store continues to prosper due to Hogan's excellent customer service. I advise stopping in and taking a look around wether you're a seasoned veteran or just curious about the hobby.
