Should have 2 employees so you don’t have to close. Paper sign on the door says they will be closed from 2:40 to 3:30 PM. Ok, short staff is still understandable as employees still need to take lunch. What is not understandable is that the employee came back past 3:30 and I already in my car to leave. Jumped back out since he finally arrived and saw us approach the door waiting for him to open. We stood back to give him time but he went in fast and locked the door behind him. I got a bit closer and to ask what was time they will open back up, since I had somewhere to get to. The flamboyant guy answered - I just walked in! with and attitude. I told him I know that’s why I asking to just come back since the sign says 3:30! Then he was running his mouth and kept talking, of course behind the closed door. I couldn’t make out what he was saying but he was damn near yelling. Lose the attitude, if anyone should have one it should be me, in any case since YOU were late. Act like that with a man and with the door open boy. I will buy games elsewhere. I do not recommend this location solely based on the lack of customer service……

Shane and Isaac are super cool dudes. I love my purchase today. They had great customer service and were super respectful and patient with me. Will come back specifically for them thanks again guys!

Terrible customer service from this GameStop location. They never answer the phone and always seem annoyed when answering questions. Called one time and asked someone to check if something was still in store as the app said it was low in quantity and the woman said I’m gonna have to come in and look for myself.

This place is usually pretty organized. Staff is always helpful and never too BUSY. Big selection of new and used games there. So quick in and out if you know what you are looking for.

Called in to confirm my game was ready for pickup. Get in my car to go drive there. And it has been locked up for over 2 hours and has a note that says. Out for lunch be back soon. Who spends hours and hours at lunch just after they told me my product was ready.

I had the worst experience with this GameStop team. I bought twice and for both times I bought warranty I paid extra and the controllers both was glitching when I returned to get another one because I paid for warranty but they said I don’t have your information they are lie about because I have everything on that so I highly not recommend you anymore go buy from Best Buy or Walmart not good idea from game store

It’s 12:00 in the afternoon the website says it’s open already but it’s still closed not only that they never answer the phone all I wanted was to purchase the meta quest 3 that’s in stock and there’s only two left at this location.
