One of the useless and lazy squad i have ever seen in my life, they’re not able to fix anything or help you with any issues with your computer, I purchased two ibuypower computers from best buy and it gave me problems from the beginning and its been more than 7 times iam taking to Geek squad they haven’t find and solve the issue. The recommendation is ZERO PERSENT to Geek Squad.?

The squad is unable to help with square reader and offer very little insight to the problem. I wonder what their capabilities are.

Recently lost my phone. Worse than that, I realized I lost some very sentimental photos. (I thought I was doing back up, but apparently it didn't quite work) A N Y W A Y, I made an appointment with the Geek Squad, which was easy enough. Showed up the next day and talked with James. He was nice enough to listen to my sobs about my phone and checked my phone out to help. Although we weren't able to get some of the photos back, he explained things to me and was so nice and attentive. Quite frankly, it was more of a therapy session than anything because I just had to let somebody know about all my grief and the fact that I didn't have a phone for over 4 days. (That's a whole other long story, but I won't go into it now) My main point is that James was awesome. He was knowledgeable. He was super sweet. Listened to me, put up with me, and I left happy, and I am greatly satisfied with the customer service I received. Did I mention that this session was completely free? Yes, freeeee!! James had explained that if he had to do any kind of probing into my phone, there might be a charge, but it didn't come to that. I highly recommend the Geek Squad, no doubt about it!

They helped me on the spot by deleting the need to use a password and PIN for sign in. Also signed up for Total tech 24/7 Geek Squad service.

I know staffing can be difficult especially in areas like Arden but these employees seem incompetent as well as unhappy to be here. Curtis for example gets stressed out when he sees lines build up. He will even send you to the wrong department just to alleviate his work load. Curtis from geek squad is an example of what not to be when you show up to work.

Set a reservation for a broken iPhone 7 screen as to guarantee nothing would go wrong, drove for 30 min to the place, and the dudes like "not my problem we dont have the screen." No offers but to give my phone to them for 3 WEEKS? Did all I could and they still couldn't deliver, and even after that, would do nothing to rectify their lack of ability. Would not suggest going here till something big changes...

Our refrigerator is 3 years old and $3400 unit. Come home from a weekend trip and everything was unthawed and spoiled in our fridge.Called the geek squad no appt for a week.So here we sit seniors with no fridge.

The customer service is absolute worst. They have a take it or leave it attitude. NO empathy whatsoever. I left my new TV N LAPTOP ON counter and leftI will NOT renew my service contract for current electronics. AND getting assistance forget it!!
