Some of the prices are egregious but it has good variety and the deli is very good with the sandwich prices being very comparable to Subway there is plenty of variety when it comes to product and they have almost everything.

Sells over expired product, and then doesn't give refunds. Even if you are a regular. Check dates if you are going to shop here.

I will never come here again. There prices are outrageous, i just tried to get a frozen burger and a OJ and they want $10 and some change. The cashier did not tell me my total until my card was declined. The store is loud with beeping and there is a old lady leaning on he counter distracting the cashier. This place reeks of poor service

AWFUL hours. Not serving the community well. Hours are always inconsistent with what is posted. This community downtown needs a corner store we can depend on to be OPEN. During the week they close at 7pm, way too early! On weekends they don't open until 11am and are only open until 7pm as well. They are missing out on so much business in the morning, evenings, especially after Kings games and big events.

Mirroring the other negative postings, great store and location. Otherwise they just don't seem to get it. Bread is good, everything else on the sandwich was old, had a minor stomach issue that night. Saw a guy wait in line for lotto for about 15 mins while the other employee made my "sandwich." Chaotic service at best. They are squandering an otherwise great location. Note I've tried them about 3-4 times over a year or two, consistently bad service and product.

Owner doesn't know what he's doing. A kid works there that looks like 10-12. Can he even sell tobacco or alcohol? Or lotto? Is that legal? Store hours aren't consistent with what is posted on the door. Half of their lotto scratchers are out. Cigarettes are expired. What goes around comes around. Everything is double or triple priced compared to normal grocery stores. For the deli, I'd rather walk a little further and get a sandwich from somewhere else.

they are NOT open the hours posted. Don't listen to Yelp open times, you can let even trust the sign on the door! This place is as inconsistent as they come

This store is the best. The guy that works afyernoons and evenings is so helpful he even charged my phone for like a solid 10 minutes just so I could buy my smokes with samsung pay. Hands down best convenience store I've been to in Sacramento. High five stay awesome guys. I'll give you all my money.

This store has horrible workers and customers service. The tall Indian guy that's always talking on his phone is rude. Trying to talk on the phone and listening to customers isn't working for you buddy. This dude also stole a winning lottery ticket from me talkin bout it wasn't a winner LIES!!!! They will hire anyone, literally have an older woman there that goes into manic episode because you ask her to do her job.

A decent and relatively well-maintained General Store that caters to the downtown crowd aka a lot of State workers. It's not doing anything exceptional but it is a good option for those in the area. I like this store in particular because it's a little off the beaten path. It's naturally situated in an area where the only clientele are going to be folks who are coming to, leaving or breaking from their job in the numerous surrounding buildings. That eliminates a lot of the traffic and interesting clientele you'd get with, say, your traditional 7-11. The store includes a deli which sells sandwiches, wraps, soups and salads. I've mostly stopped in for snacks over the years but I did have a sandwich once. It was fine in a pinch, but I can also think of many tastier and more exciting offerings from other nearby eateries.

Owner extremely rude and suspect of every customer entering his store. He will charge what he wants, select which customers to assist. He rushed customers through each transaction and will THROW your change, cash, lottery tickets, receipts at you. He doesn't wear his mask properly and does not wear gloves when making pizza, sandwiches and any food back in his deli area. Beware. Not friendly.

The unfriendly, rude owner charges what he wants. There is no pricing available so you really don't know what the amount will be. I have purchased in the past a few items nothing too expensive but still the price changes aka increases each time. Packs of 7lb ice is $2.29 but I've been charged $2.98 to $3.29 at times. The owner as well as two of his employees are not practicing social distancing, face coverings, capacity. When the owner feels like wearing a mask ( rare) he wears it incorrectly with his nose exposed. I guess he figures why wear a mask when his nose is exposed so there he stands - no mask. He does not wear gloves either to make sandwiches or box the pizza slices after he's handled money. I've seen him give back change then go to the back and resume handling food. Completely irresponsible especially during this time. All around F in my opinion- I'll sound cliche but if I could give this store zero stars, I would.

This place is absolutely terrible. They are always out of everything, dont have pizza anymore, and the employees are rude. I would rather starve than eat a sandwhich from this place again. Dont believe me? Go try a "philly cheesteak". It's literally the worst sandwhich in sac; microwaved meat with raw bell peppers and onions on the cheapest, crappiest bread ever. Their "burritos" are even worse. No wonder there isnt a single person in the place at lunchtime.
