They were very nice, easy to work with and were very efficient with timing and detail put into the final results. They dealt with insurance and were very communicative throughout the entire process, step by step. There weren't any surprises, and I appreciated that.

Not certified to touch electric cars - period. Not even willing to take a look. No empathy here. Update - They called and offered to other places that could do EV repairs and for that I've moved my 1 star to 3 stars.

This review is long overdue! They were wonderful! I took it in for a minor dent, but it was a nearly brand new car and we wanted it fixed. They took care of everything, walked me through the steps since it had been years since I had needed any repair work. They were done in a day, and seriously made the process so easy! I highly recommend them!

Seriously so grateful for these amazing people. I was informed every step of the way in the process. Something came up even after my work was done and they still helped me out no problems. I definitely recommend going here for all your collision needs.

i wish I could give 6 stars! Hopefully, you never need a collison shop because you don't have any car damage. If you do, I totally recommend Gerber Collision and Glass on Fulton Ave in Sacramento. I had some divots in my fender after I backed into something in the garage, and a deflector(not sure what that is ) that was hanging off the front under carriage. I waited nearly 2 weeks to get an appointment for an estimate at my dealership. The estimate took all of 5 minutes, and the price seemed reasonable for the work needed. However, they said they couldn't start working on the car for over a month. I was ticked off by this, and thought the damage wasn't severe enough to absolutely need a manufacturer's certified repair shop. I drove up Fulton Ave and saw Gerber Collision and Glass's sign. The had time to look at the car shortly after I arrived (appointments are preferred, though). They gave me an appointment to start work less than a week later. The shop could have started sooner but I needed to be a little further out due to my schedule. They arranged a rental with a company that picked me up from the shop. The rental company dropped me off when it was time to return the rental and get my car. My car was ready at the promised time and it all costed $500 less than the dealer's quote. Well Done Gerber!

Fast an efficient drop-off for collision work. Andrea is very pleasant, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Fernando is straightforward and helpful. Everybody I spoke with had a great personality.

What a joke, scheduled an appointment 4 weeks ahead of time, call them the day before and they say "oops our rep who made the appointment for you shouldn't have, we're only taking insurance claims not out of pocket jobs". She then proceeds to tell me I'm raising my voice and yelling at her ???? when that was absolutely not the truth. I then had to coach her to putting me on the phone with a manager since she wanted to sit there and make frivolous accusations. Learn to deal with conflict, not accuse people of lacking the emotional intelligence you so very clearly lack by immediately making accusations. "I can't deal with difficult business conversations so let's just tell the customer they are wrong, we wasted 4 weeks of their time and stop yelling at me". Gerber ???? 1. Learn to operate professionally 2. Hire conscious help and 3. Adequately train that conscious help when you get it and fire that immature broad I just dealt with on the phone.
