Was the best location until they removed the dressing room. Wasted time shopping just to leave behind 7 of the 9 items i gathered because im not sure how they will fit. Just get rid of the clothes too.

They got rid of the dressing rooms. Probably for some stupid reason like theft, even though their items are donated at no cost to them so they aren't actually losing any money.

Lots of clothes, no dressing rooms. Worthless exchange policy (7 days to return for store credit or exchange). No wonder they have so many clothes....

This goodwill is extremely overpriced. I go to a lot of goodwills and this one is by far the greediest of them all. They get free items and mark them up so high. I'm talking used shirts for $10 that I can get new at Marshall's. They are selling dirty used yeezy shoes for $70. I got yeezys at the West sac for $30. Every goodwill I've ever been to sells paper cover books for 1.99 hard cover 2.99. Not this one. $4!! I won't be going back to this one.

This is about donations only. I only came here cause I'm familiar with the place. Donation guy was boring and dry as if I put him out by bringing my three bags of donations there. Nervy AF and I told him to get a personality. He acted like he didn't speak English? People are too much nowadays ?

"Major" goodwill, a completely normal store for its class.

This is probably my favorite goodwill amongst the ones I've been too. This is mostly due to their selection of books. Each time I've visited, I needed a cart for all the books I found. Their books are cheap ($2-$3 each). They have a good selection of young adult books, children's books, syfy, etc. They had many Steven King novels last time I was there. The only downside is their small parking lot.

Every time I come to this Goodwill I find something interesting or that I was looking for. They often have a great media selection, I always find great books and dvds. The staff are very kind and I believe they deserve to be paid more. If Goodwill hired more people and paid them a living wage, most of these people wouldn't be rating this location so poorly due to things that are out of their control as staff. Even with long wait times, they always make it worth it because we always have fun talking about the fun finds, and it's nice to find out what they like too. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Please be kind, be patient, be empathetic and be understanding it's really hard working in the service industry when you're overworked, underpaid and understaffed.

I went to this location around 7pm and asked an employee if I can see something that was showcased behind the glass but she said she was unable to because “the store was closing in an hour” when she was standing doing NOTHING?

Great place to look for thrifting. But absolutely the slowest check out counter. There's a reason why Goodwill is the way it is. Horrible service.

This used to be my favorite Goodwill until the prices went up way too much. Came looking for a pie dish- and was shocked at the price- $9.99. Used. Nope, bought the same dish new at Target instead for $5.99. No clue what is happening at Goodwill but the prices are almost laughable at this point, more like greedy-will!
