The only one open I could find in the valley, had to wait in line, but was worth it.

On the website they say they are open so I drove across Sacramento and the sign on the door says CLOSED 10am to 3pm. These hours are not for working people. Even if they closed at 5:30 it would be more reasonable at least once a week for working people. Update your website!!

Even in the midst of what's going on in the world, they welcome you with open arms (the show must go on)!!!I highly recommend this location if you're seeking a quick drop off! Had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Elissa, who was literally at my vehicle before I could get my first box out the car! Talk about excellent customer service! I tell you that instantly placed a smile on my face! Extremely polite , quick and a smile ...Can't beat that!!! I'll definitely mark this location as my "GO TO" drop off spot! #beblessed #appreciateyourtime #yourock

All the convenience of a flat tire. I pulled up here around 11:30 am on a Saturday to drop off a large load of novels and self-help books. I found a handwritten sign taped to the door reading, "Out on Break." This despite the posted hours of 8 to 8. Nevertheless, I sat down nearby to wait for the employee to return. I assumed they had left for lunch out. After about ten minutes, two more cars pulled up to donate. One waited. The other dropped two small bags of donations at the door and left. Suddenly, the employee appeared and opened the door and yelled several expletives at the person who had dropped off his goods before turning to me for support. I told him that I thought he was in the wrong. As I loaded up my donations, he tried to tell me that I surely took unauthorized breaks and closed up shop as necessary. I told him that I absolutely do not, despite working at a for-profit organization on a shift schedule. I wait until someone is available to relieve me if I want to take a break, even though my job is more involved than sitting, waiting, and pushing carts. I do hope Goodwill highers-up pay a visit to this location soon.

Wish I could say ZERO STARS, but apparently yelp didn't allow that. Went to DONATE some clothes and was told that they were FULL AND STOPPED TAKING DONATIONS SINCE 1:00 because that's when their boss said to stop staking donations. 1st of all, based on yelp, y'all were still open so how can you make up your own time! 2nd of all, donations are DONATIONS, so how can y'all be MAXED out at 1:00! I am so confused, so anyone from management, let me know! Hopefully I get a message! If no message, OBVIOUSLY they don't give a F! And if they don't give a F, I will make sure this is posted and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

Incredibly rude! Waited 15 mins in the Express spot, while the employees sat and kept looking at me. Will not be going back to donate.
