I don't know who's in charge of pricing but they over price their items. I see stuff from Dollar Tree and Target's dollar spot, priced at double and triple the original amount. It's ridiculous.

Not a good area to be in. My legs get sore, so I sat on a chair for a little while. A security guard told me I was damaging it and to get off it. No respect for seniors. I left early and will never return to this store. I like the store in Roseville much better.

Was a little confused at first..it's been a while since I last shopped here...THEY REMODELED THE STORE! But I was able to find what I needed. Great prices. Great customer service. Great store!!

After driving around for more than an hour looking for a Goodwill that was still open for donations, I ended up at this location. I'm so happy I did because I was assisted by a wonderful gentleman named Rocky, who had mercy on me even though it was 7:15 and they stop taking donations at 7. He was super nice and helpful. He didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing him one bit, which I really appreciated being in customer service myself. He was even looking on his phone trying to help me find drop boxes or a Goodwill Express location that might be closer to me for future reference. I really appreciate Rocky and the fact that he went out of his way to take my donations after hours even though I'm sure he had a lot of other work to do. Even the person that answered the phone was so nice and friendly. Such a better experience overall than the Goodwill in West Sacramento which is the closest location to me. They could definitely take a page from this location when it comes to their customer service!

Went to donate some things I had no use for any longer for my mother, the donation drop was behind the building, simple process pull up, drop off items with clerk, got a receipt for items then I was on my way.

Do NOT go here!! I used to go here a couple times a week. Now, this place is super ghetto and honestly not enjoyable to be in at all. It's dirty, unorganized and full of horrible people. While trying to park I had to relocate across the parking lot because there was a group of people very obviously leering and hanging out in the open parking spots, to the point that my mother wanted to leave before even going in. Now, we go fairly often and love supporting their various charitable foundations as well as their wonderful staff but it's just gotten so unpleasant that neither of us want to go back; it doesn't feel safe and things are stolen right out of your cart. Go to a different Goodwill or something else, save yourself the time and anger.

The reason why I gave 5 stars is because I appreciate most part, the donation receivers at this store but, for the past several years Fernando has been quite helpful and great customer service! The sign says don't just leave items sitting at donation area but, I have experiencesd kind of long wait times , frustrating too. The store has good items there but, needs to be more organized in ways, hopefully of more staff there to do so in more hiring. Plus, prices overall at many Goodwill stores has gotten too high on many items.

Waited to look at something in the showcases for over 10min and no one every came up after the manager puts her finger up telling me to hold on them walks away the manager there sucks I will never go back to this location
