Check in on Great Clips app which was easy. They texted me when I was 15 minutes away from my turn. When we arrived, we were greeted. Hair cut was for my daughter who was going to donate her hair to 'Locks of Love'. My daughter was helped by Brenda. Brenda listened to what I wanted for my daughter. She knew process for hair donation. And my daughter loves it!

Do not waste your money!! If you're looking for an uncomfortable, unsatisfactory, and disrespectful to your hair experience, this is the place for you. I had my hair cut by Rebecca at Delta Shore's Great Clips: Address- 8152 Delta Shores Cir S Ste 110, Sacramento, CA 95832 Dated: March 6th, 2022. I provided Rebecca with a picture of what I wanted to achieve: under shoulders length with layers. Before proceeding, I asked to confirm if she had experience in doing this cut and would be able to achieve that look. I gave her a picture as a guideline!! Rebecca responded yes with great confidence. After cutting my hair to the end goal length, she quoted "ok well with layers, it's going to be much shorter" I was like what?? I said I want the end goal at this length. She reassured me that it will be fine and she can give me the desired layers. Rebecca started with the layers cut on one side and asked me what I thought of it. This was so horrific!! It was a flat, choppy straight line of layers. I told her "no, it needs to be blended layers. This is way too choppy" She goes "well that's what layers are". I said "no. I know what layers are. I've had layers before. I want it blended. This is too choppy". And she expressed, "well it's your hair color. Thats why it's choppy". I said "no, it isn't my hair color. I'm talking about the cut. There's a good 3-4 inches and it's flat in between". Rebecca responded with how it is because my hair is "thick just like hers" and it becomes "choppy because the hair type is too thick". I left unhappy, unheard, and disappointed. She disregarded my feelings and felt confident in giving me the cut I wanted but left me with a jumble of trash. As a stylist, your job is to be honest to the client about whether or not the cut is within your skill level! Don't just cut it because you're desperate to have a customer. Now I got "****** up hair" and had to spend extra money to get it fixed. Pictures attached for reference. My original hair, goal haircut, what I received. The picture of the haircut I received by Rebecca was taken outside of the shop.

I went on a Friday and got a great cut from Anna. I've been bouncing around trying to find someone that cares. Most places these days give you a $5 haircut for $25. I found my new stylist.

I don't usually go to this location, but due to the wait at other locations nearby, I decided to go here. I was not greeted upon entry, their system was down, so one of the stylists was trying to reboot the system with another person, most likely the manager, on speakerphone. She was unable to reboot the system, so it was advised to take cash payments. The stylist got up, still didn't greet me, complain aloud that she was "so tired" and told me "we are only taking cash payments". Now to me, great customer service would've been to greet me, apologize for an inconvenience and then share that cash payments are only accepted at that time. Being short on time, I decided to just roll with it. The whole time, the stylist complained about being tired and was more concerned about the other stylist and how she was noting the other customers information. At one point, the stylist working on my hair rolled her eyes and said whatever under her breath (to the other stylist, not me). At the end of my haircut, I asked if a few areas were cut because it didn't see so and she assured me it was done, but blamed the thickness of my hair. It was hard to tell if my hairline in the back was even, but again, she assured me it was. Once I got home, I was able to have someone double check my hair and the back hairline was off, the area over my right ear was not properly cut and there were areas that were obviously missed. Super disappointed on the service and customer service received at this location.

The reason people go to these quick haircut places is to get a quick haircut. They have a great appointment system where they tell you when they are ready. Today, we waited 30 minutes after we were told they were ready for us. Our time is extremely valuable just like yours.

I've been to this Great Clips 3 times. I am closest to the Greenhaven great Clips (my usual one), but since the wait is always long I thought I'd try the Delta Shores one. Never again!! The first hair cut was ok, so, so. I went back a 2nd time and it was horrible. The stylist hacked my hair. There were parts in the back exposing my scalp like she slipped with the sheers. I thought, "Ok, I'll give them one more try." Oh boy, was that a HUGE mistake. My 3rd and last haircut there was so awful EVERYONE is commenting, "What happened?!" The stylist (who out of respect I won't name but she was filling in; that much I can tell) slipped with the scissors and butchered my bangs. One side is all the way to the scalp and the other half is 2 inches long. I left horrified because I actually never received such a bad haircut before like this. I was embarrassed to leave. This was the 3rd strike for me. DO NOT go to Delta Shores Great Clips. I'm not sure, but I suspect they rotate inexperienced stylist there to "practice" for experience. It's been 2 weeks and my haircut still looks like I lost a fight with scissors. Thank God hair grows back. Just keep in mind, if you need a haircut for a special event avoid Delta Shores or your special day will be RUINED with a horrible haircut. I don't even want to post a photo; yes, it's THAT bad!

This place have people who does not know how to cut hair properly. I went in for a trim since my Aline grew out and wanted to get it even out. Plus a little layer towards the back. The lady who cut my hair f***** it up and cut off my front hair too much that it did not look even on the other side. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home and looked at it throughly. I would never go back there. I would rate this place zero star but there is no option for it.

Neither stylist could cut a flatop. Not inspiring confidence in abilities. We'll take our business elsewhere

Do it yourself rather that have these guys ruin your hair. My wife got a simple cut and layer... looks like they used a weed whacker on it. Looks like they just touched clippers to her head at random places. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Wouldn't recommend, bad customer service , lack of basic hair cutting skills . You honestly get what you pay for here and it's horrible. They don't know sizes for hair trimming for boys. You had to stand side by side to tell them how to cut hair. Would not recommend to other family members and friends .
