Very friendly and helpful staff. Had to return a 1/2 ratchet and they replaced it with a brand new one, no questions asked. Thank you harbor freight!!!

Staff is always helpful, sometimes too helpful, and available to answer questions. They are willing to look up inventory at other stores to locate items they are out of stock or don't have enough of.

The shelves had little stock compared to other HF in sac. Found what I needed. It is hard to go in and buy 1 item, due to everything is priced nicely.

I called an hour earlier and they said they have the 1 ton shop crane. An hour later, as I'm about to go, I made sure they had what I want. Suddenly the 1 ton shop crane is not there. Their employees must be stupid and can't read the catalogs right.

The staff at this location is very friendly. They do their job well. This harbor freight is a well stocked and clean store. Don't come in looking suspicious, or they will tail you all around the store. Haha
