When I came with my girlfriend, very dirty car, Antonio was there to help me out. I didn’t realize the sunroof was open and he had to show me how to close it. Also, he was very brave and getting a spider out of the vehicle that fell from the sunroof. He went above and beyond. If you go to Harv’s Car Wash be sure to ask to be serviced by Antonio.

This place is great! There are several packages to choose from and the prices are affordable. The staff is kind and friendly. The service is quick and easy and my car is always clean and shiny on the way out. I highly recommend Harv's Express.

Best car wash in Sacramento. The prices are great and my car feels cleaner after the 1st wash compared to the other car wash places I've been to. The customer service is great and they're so helpful with getting me exactly what I need for my vehicle.
I recommend it 100%.

I went here today for a quick car wash and vacuum. After going through, Antonio, pointed out the from of my vehicle still had dead bugs all over it. He then offered for me to go through the wash a second time for free. Great customer service!

Hi, this is Alabama plate. I went here for my first wash the other day. I was highly impressed with the great service! Two employees assisted me with a minor problem. They would not let me leave until it was resolved. They took care of me! These guys were friendly, kind and professional. This car wash offers many different services and the horsepower on the dryer is awesome! There is a discounted program, coupons and free vacuums etc. This is now my new, one and only car wash. I highly recommend it!

Be aware of employees. I specifically asked for a $15 car wash only to have the employee sign me up for a monthly pass. No where in my sentence did I say “I would like a monthly pass.”
I didn’t even realize it until it was too late. I tried to pay with cash and he said he needed a card instead but failed to explain that it was so he could charge me monthly. I had to call after and cancel
Such a waste of time.

Consistent reliable uncompromised excellence above and beyond. Equally important Harv's calibrates their machines better than a quick quackish competitor, to ensure a quality carwash without incident every time over (3) yrs of unlimited service to date. The General Manager Nick & his well trained staff members like , Antonio but not limited to make it work. Thanx .

I got the full on #1 wash, it got my car cleaner but not totally clean. Their website said it was $19. When I got there it was $20. Don't appreciate the bait and switch. The people who work there are cool. I don't think I'll be buying any wash plans though.

Came here for the first time, I've never actually driven myself through a car wash so I was a little lost. The guys here were super friendly and so patient with me, like literally the best customer service. They assisted so well, all three of them, and went above and beyond. The car wash itself was super nice and fancy and fun and did a really good job. They gave me a bunch of free car wipes. It's also super cute hehe. This place is literally the best, I never thought I'd love a car wash but dang I love this place. I got the basic plan this time but imma get a fancier plan next time.

I have been a customer for several years but now will never return to Harvs. On June 13th, I went to get my car washed and the representative convinced me to purchase the unlimited pass for the Harvs #1 Premium wash to expire July 12th. During the last week of July 8th, I drove all the way to Harvs on two separate occasions during their advertised business hours but they were closed due to weather and I was unable to use the unlimited Premium pass as was advertised and as I had purchased. Given the breach of contract, I emailed Harvs and Nico Taleon the GM responded. I asked for 2-3 individual Premium wash passes to be sent to me to be able to receive those two Harvs#1 Premium washes that I was unable to obtain and for the inconvenience caused to me for driving out there twice. Nico apologized for the inconvenience and instead stated that he was providing me with a full additional unlimited month. I specifically drove all the way out to Harvs after his email and was told that the pass that Nico provided was only for the Harvs#3 basic wash (i.e. basic wash not the Premium wash that I originally purchased and was unable to use as advertised). I emailed Harvs several times again about this discrepancy but did not respond any longer so I drove yet again to Harvs and asked to speak to Management. The representatives stated that I must speak with only Nico since he was the one handling the matter and he was not working that day. So I emailed Harvs yet again and received no response. Several days later, I emailed yet again and threatened that I would leave a review about this horrendous experience; Nico now responded immediately and stated that he only provided me the 2nd month of the lower basic wash as a courtesy of what he felt I deserved after not being able to use the original unlimited Premium pass as advertised during those two attempted visits to Harvs during the week of July 8th. Essentially, he provided unlimited "apples" for a 2nd month when I was owed a week of "pineapples" because he felt that that was an even exchange when all I asked for several times was 3 "pineapples" to make things right for me.
Just like some of the other negative reviews, Harvs has lost the business of my company, friends, and self due to their poor leadership and management.
