The staff are so lovely and kind!! Truly the highlight of the entire shop. Shop can be crowded and cramped however when there is minimal people its a delightful time to browse. Across the pond we do not have a hot topic and ive always wanted to go this trip scratched that itch

I picked up my Christmas Winnie the Pooh Loungefly bag. It looks so nice and it's cute. The staff was very nice and helpful. They answered my questions. The transaction was fast and easy. The black Friday price was great!
