Employees are everywhere to help, load carts, and even take items to vehicles. The staff includes a lot of experienced growers who offer advice and will not steer you wrong. They are known for going above and beyond to help customers. Orders arrive fast and are very well packaged, often with better prices and free shipping compared to other retailers. Complimentary cold water and bakery treats are sometimes offered. It is considered the best place to get nutrients and lights, highly recommended and legit.
