The customer service is amazing, with good people who are super informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to assist. Employees are everywhere to help, load carts, and even take items to vehicles. The staff includes a lot of experienced growers who offer advice and will not steer you wrong. They are known for going above and beyond to help customers. Orders arrive fast and are very well packaged, often with better prices and free shipping compared to other retailers. Complimentary cold water and bakery treats are sometimes offered. It is considered the best place to get nutrients and lights, highly recommended and legit.

I visited the store for the first time a couple days ago. I only bought a couple of small items as I’m just a home gardener, but the staff made me feel as if I had a commercial account. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend and return.
