now here we go agin with the money stilling it spose to be a $1000 on my card evrey month an the ceps company an,t putting it on there an they be lieing saying that they is an they didn;t pay the rent an are just sitting there an not awsering the phone an I might have to call gresham orgon social security office to file fraud on them for stilling money because they don;t have a bugit for ssocial security they are lieing to the social security office in orgon because they don,t know all the information an they did not call Antioch .ca hospital an they useing people that wasn,t doctors an they was useing there phones for an appoitments an my mail dosen,t come here it still goes to pittbrug .ca post office an they are spending the money on there selves an they are putting things up like they are sueing the city for not cleaning up behind the homeless there just takeing the money an not doing nothing to help an they an,t fixing any thing in the house because they are useing the money on there selves an comeing back an forth to the house acting Like they doing someing to help an they got bad information on things see i call organ they said the money is steal there because they don,t have all the information for social security so what happen i Locked it so them or edward mccuff can,t lie an take it with out me being there because they don,t do nothering but tell lies

They are quick to take your money and send you bills.. but if you're trying to just drive by and take care of something by talking to someone. Nope. Very appointment based location or else you'll spend the whole day on this place and still might not be seen. The office is quite big with plenty of cubicles but yet empty (waste of resources). They could be running this op from a bathroom if they are going to be like that. 2 cubicles, a corner, and a door.. Is really lame.(Edit review)The security guard and front admin are cool. This place only seem to have two people working in the back attending your tax issues. Might have another person working the phones? Doubtful. From open to close...They did not see me.

Well i arrive without an appointment.. literally no waiting at the lobby at all!!And few schedule appointments didn't come.. and still they skip the people waiting without appointment!! They close at 4:30I arrive 2:54 pm still waiting. I'll update later and let you know if they take care of me or I decide to go .

This is one of the many incompetent, disgusting, government organizations I have ever delt with. This needs to be done away with. Don't get me started on how they avoid customer service....no wait how they avoid servicing the public. Automation for serving people is wrong & stupid.

Painless experience! Dropping off a prior year return was seamless!It is a federal building, so the guard does have to scan you, but all typical procedure!

Poorly operated but they don't care There is a appt number but it's something you only discover after visiting Staff too slow to handle public Appt line available but always busy so no way to make appointments

Out of the dozen of the counters only 2 work. The lobby is full of people who have no idea if they spend their time here and be served today.

WOW! All the reviews about the security guard are correct. RUDE! Major control trip! Total Male Karen attitude. I arrived at 11:30 without an appointment and was told both by the security guard and the clerk that it would be an extremely long wait and NO guarantee that I would even be seen today...There were 4 people in the waiting room.....I left.

I have always had luck stopping by between 11-1230, Tues or Fri, walked right in, the staff make it painless, really awesome customer service, the guard at the door is even friendly!

The security he is so rude honey don’t know how to talk with the customers so he’s thinking he’s a boss so please to kind of request. Let him know what’s the reason for the security when they doing the security for the company
