Danner Fry was a great help in resolving a recent issue I had with Travelers roadside assistance service. She contacted Travelers directly on my behalf, and spent considerable time on the phone with various people to get the issue addressed. As my agent, she took responsibility for dealing directly with the insurance company to make sure my needs were met. Dannea showed great personal interest, persistence, and initiative, which are all the things one wants from a truly excellent agent.

I can’t express how happy I am finding this agency, after months of searching for insurances I finally found a perfect match through the Jack-Novicio insurance! I was lucky enough to have Dannea as my agent and made the process extremely easy! She answered all my questions and concerns and had me at peace with the whole process thank you so much!

Not very professional. My policy was tampered with by the owners daughter and she made fake social media pages with my pictures because I don't support homosexuality and she's one. Not fair. So I lost in damages unpaid from insurance....

I have been try to transfer the title of my brother’s car since he passed in June 2020. Been to several different agents. My agent was able to do the needed paperwork and even called to verify her procedure was correct. It was all done in about an hour.

Great service, and extremely helpful. Had to get a company truck re-smogged because the DMV doesn't accept it past 90 days, was given a coupon & referral to a great smog shop and was back in an hour to clear it all up. Very friendly & courteous!

Was getting the run around with the DMV, both over the phone and online. Stumbled upon Jack- Novicio insurance and called to see what they could do. Got a call back quick from Dannea and filled her in on my situation she said she would call back in 20 minutes and did. Had everything sorted and ready to go was able to pick up tags that day. Then she helped me with the trailer as well. She is awesome and a great help.
