Don and Charley were stupendous in assisting with filing my taxes.I had alot of arras I was confused about and they broke everything down so that I could understand clearly.I’m finding out about my transportation issues, Charley and Don helped me figure out how to turn in my documents and sign the paperwork virtually! I made an appointment and came at the time but it was closed.. I looked online and it said the hours were updated about a week ago but it seems it was wrong..Sorry not judging on customer experience because there was no experience..

I been to different places and done my taxes and have not ever received such personable quality service prior to my preparer Jon at Jackson Hewitt. Matter of fact not even from another Jackson Hewitt until I went to the one on Auburn Blvd location and I have been going there ever since to my same tax preparer Thanks Jon I look forward to seeing you next year .
