My son went to this appointment. He felt his stylist was friendly and nice, but didn’t do an A+ job on his haircut. He said one side wasn’t even with the other.

Benjamin did a nice job trying various lengths until I agreed on how much to take off. It's $30 for the haircut and around here this is very fair.
