Went in for a visit with Shaif Ismail latif and it was the worst experience I ever had. 1st there was no one in the front office. His assistant wrote incorrect symptoms and also other information. He did not listen to me, he kept cutting me off while speaking and wrote incorrect information in my medical file also! Clearly they don't listen to their patients. Now I have to file an amendment form to get the incorrect information removed from my medical history. I highly recommend not visiting this doctor or his office.

I have tried to call during business hours and it keeps going to a recording saying it is outside of office hours with no option to leave a voicemail or get in contact. I know it's probably going to be a long wait, but you can't even get through to get the process started.

I have called and spoke with advice three times. One raced me off the call. Saturday night I spoke with a very nice advice nurse. Yet no one have called back. Basically I am being forced to pay $500+ to see a doctor in the emergency room or sit in pain, risking my own life, waiting for a return call. Why am I paying a monthly premium and can't receive service?

Service is more efficient than pharmacies at KAiser RIVERSIDE OR KAISÈR Eureka Road. Staff is very helpful.

If you are looking for a great dermatologist through Kaiser, I would highly recommend Dr. Wen En Kuo. The care I have received from him and his team has been phenomenal. I had developed psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis within the last year, and to be frank, it made life quite difficult. Along with the painful itchy scales all along my forehead and scalp (which I initially thought to be a bad case of dandruff), I was in pain for over a year and even walking became quite difficult. Fast forward to the present, and the care and prescriptions I've received from Dr. Kuo have cleared my scalp and arthritis, and I am now feeling like myself again. Highly recommend Dr. Kuo!

If you're looking at the overall 1.5 star rating and wondering maybe it's not THAT bad, let me stop you right there...Yes, it truly can be.We shifted from Sutter to Kaiser to save cost and I regret it deeply. The tech staff is RUDE and has the worst IDGAF attitude Ive ever seen (and I have teenagers). Gross.Really weigh your options, folks, or at least visit another location.Good luck.

Good clinics, and pharmacy, lab is always easy to not have a lot of people, x-ray/mammogram not as pleasant. My best Kaiser experiences

I am not happy with Kaiser's giving me a video appointment, when I informed the LVN my eye doctor recommended I follow up with my primary doctor. I can no longer drive at night. My vision is declining rapidly. Plus I have a headache and ear pain. Yet they give me a video appointment. I shouldn't have to go into the E.R. Find a physician for me to see if my doctor's unavailable. Not happy. Unless a diagnosis is made, I may need to stop driving. But I must be seen first.

This is a review of Dr. Katharine Martineau , at these offices. These are the opinions and experiences of myself as a patient of Ms. Martineau . DONT SELECT HER AS A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR. In February -March 2020, at the beginning of the VIRUS , I selected this piece of artwork as a my physician. I went into the facility with stomach pains ( later diagnosed as a strangulated Iningual Hernia ) Katharine , examined me , pushing on my stomach area heavily with her palms to feel abnormalities , I suppose, We discussed my symptoms and she prescribed omeprazole and increased my atavorsatin to 40 mg, stating on it "for the prevention of strokes and heart attacks", She ordered an ultrasound ,. I picked up the prescriptions and had the test done . I then tried to get a return visit with Martineau ? not available ? I tried to email her over Kaiser .org , no response. No disclosure of anything . Simply stated , Martineau Abandoned me as a Patient . I was reasonably annoyed and was going to file a Complaint with the Regulatory State aka Kaiser Permanente , but Katharine Martineau name disappeared from my online KP.ORG email choices. I ASSUMED she had left Kaiser or become ill or ??? Otherwise this would have been dealt with by April 2020. I selected anew Doctor and moved on . Recently I chose another Doctor and this Fair Oaks Blvd office and when I went and looked where my Doctor was located , there was the name Katharine Martineau MD ? If you have a problem with Kaiser they just say , bring it on ? The patients sign an agreement to allow the Kaiser Judiciary aribitrate any problem that arises . They love it . They have pamphlets at every office , to file a complaint , everything from False Imprisonment to Cutting of the wrong leg during surgery , they will win , Unless, you just get an attorney to change the jurisdiction to Superior or Federal Court. Otherwise they always win , you lose . Back to the abandonment of patient without any cause ? DR,KATHARINE MARTINEAU is about 40 years old . This puts her right in the middle of the Women's movement new suppression of the rights of men , so that Women can be all they can be . Sound good ? Yes but not at the expense of Men. The METO MOVEMENT, TITLE IX 1972, the DOMESTIC VIOLENCE LAWS have created a silent anti man movement , that literally removes the DUE Process and equal rights of the 14th amendment for men . THE LAWS take away fair trials, but offer a JUDICIARY that protects women and prevents interference with any entitlements to serenity that Women now are given. Even microaggressions , where man looks at woman and she does not like it for example , the Court will issue restraining orders for this type of nonsense . Recapitulating , if a women does not like you in appearance etc. and becomes angry that you might ask her out ? She can go to the local family Court for Protection and she gets it , via the Ca. D.V.PA. Title IX, METO restraining order , no questions asked . If it goes to trial no man ever has prevailed when it goes to Trial , ever. If a woman is uncomfortable , she can access legal protection. Maybe she has an itch , she blames the man . THIS IS THE AGE GROUP KATHARINE MARTINEAU IS IN . I am 70 years old and have not ever had or will have any interest in this Doctor other than medical repair only . Somehow this Special woman is a doctor ? That means that whatever her motives are, Doctors take their patients as they find them . Treating humans offers a hodgepodge of different issues , disease and illness cause abberration , both mental and physical . Whatever this miscreant created in her own problematic mind , she is a Doctor first and a women second . This case is probably moot for legal action , both infliction and negligence , intentional civil crimes , but IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR AT THIS FACILITY STAY AWAY FROM KATHARINE MARTINEAU , ONE DAY SHE IS YOUR PHYSICIAN AND THE NEXT DAY SHE "GHOSTS" YOU ? IS THAT PART OF THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH ?

Kaiser is great if you do the work. Find good doctors. Don't like yours? Get another one. Read reviews. Try folks out. There are a lot of great providers at Kaiser if you are proactive about your healthcare. You don't blame Target when you buy the first coffee maker you see and it doesn't make the kind of coffee you want. You gotta think about your choices. Like everything else in the world, you get out of it what you put into it.

Word of advice - if you want to move up to "pick up" your medications and skip that long line ... wait in the handicap line because that's how you'll move up. Pharm techs aren't allowed to ask if your handicap or not. That was my experience today when I had to wait in the long line according to the sign and a woman just went to the handicap line and got her meds before anyone in the "appropriate" line.
