Customer service is terrible and hair is nappy!! I am so unsatisfied with my purchase. First off it took extremely long to even receive my hair and when it arrived I noticed the hair was really coarse. We washed and conditioned it hoping the texture would soften but this hair is sooooo nappy and coarse. I'm livid I spent this much money on nappy hair. They don't respond to emails in a timely manner and my order took weeks to arrive when it was promised in 3-5 days. I would never do business with this company again. Why can't our people do better. Just sad.

I ordered hair from this company on 09/15/2022 and on the website And I selected that the hair be sent to me by mail not realizing that she also lives in Sacramento. Four days go past and I end up not receiving the Hair in the mail and she end up not sending me a tracking number I tried to email her multiple times she said I had to wait I eventually end up communicating with her on her Instagram and her assistant end up calling me saying that they never sent the package there was no communication about this. Keela end up dropping the hair off to my home which I was satisfied with. Three days later I ordered an additional bundle for my trip, I specifically text her and asked her if she has this before I ordered it and she said yes. I text her assistant yesterday and she never replied then I end up contacting Keela on her Instagram and she informed me all of a sudden they don't have it and offered me a refund what she don't understand is I needed that Hair and I did not want a refund she tried to offer me straight bundles when I have wave hair. This is one of the most unprofessional business I have ever been through . I really try to support my black businesses but it's really hard to . Hopefully the hair I purchased and get installed makes up for the disappointment .

I hate having to leave such a bad review but I had a horrible experience purchasing hair from this company. I had been following on IG for a while and was excited when I saw the company selling u part wigs. Ordering went smoothly even communication to get it custom dyed was good. When it came time to pick up the wig everything went downhill. We scheduled a pick up for a Tuesday at 3pm ( I'm assuming it's gonna be at the store) Then after we confirm she sends an address in Elk Grove. So I tell her if I have to come to Elk Grove I can only do it Thursday between 12-4. She says okay that works. After that I text her 3 times between Wed-Thur am to confirm and see if I need to come at a specific time. Then I get a call thur from her assistant at 11:30 on Thursday saying she wanted to scheduled my pick up and that keela was only available from 5-6. Why tell me okay to my time frame 2 days before then change it last minute because another appointment came up. So i guess my money isn't as important as the other person??? I'm annoyed but I agree to meet in EK the next day at 8am. And then it gets worse. I arrive on time and wait ONE HOUR for keela to finally arrive. If you're gonna be that late at least communicate it. How disrespectful of my time. Then, I get home and my wig is missing a clip! So I reach out to get It fixed. She asked me to meet her again I'm there on time and she arrives ONE HOUR late. And to make matters worse on both occasions she keeps lying telling me she's almost there. Her assistants excuse for her was that "she's busy". So because your busy you disrespect my time? I'm very amiable and had I been asked to come an hour later I would have agreed. Instead I wasted 2 hours of my life sitting in a parking lot waiting... The actual hair, it's decent but not great. Straight out the box the hair was frizzy. And there has been more shedding and tangling than I would have expected for new hair. I'm not new to curly hair so I understand the management. And after the customer service and having my time wasted I will never order again.

I don't get the bad reviews I will for sure be back I had a cut and color and we didn't achieve it in my first appointment but she scheduled me to come right back a few days later to get the color exactly what I wanted. Keela was professional, personable and just a pleasure to sit with and chat.

Ms. Keela tried to take off with over $500 of my money. I waited one whole MONTH for my order to arrive and when it didn't I drove to speak to her personally. I told her the situation and she acted like she had no time to speak with me, and walked away without even apologizing for the inconvenience after she wanted to give me hair from the shop which is not even packaged and sitting in the open. Ummm no thanks, just because someone's hair looks good on the gram don't mean they will be a professional, DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST.

I ordered a product back in September/October and still haven’t received it. I wrote the owner on messenger and was given a tracking number for a product that NEVER moved because it was never sent. I sent another message and still haven’t heard anything back. I will NEVER buy anything from this company ever again.

I got my hair done with Keela today and what a pleasure it was to be a patron of hers. I came in with very thinning hair and left with full beautiful hair. I highly recommend her.

I paid $600 for a pre made wig, when I had the impression it was made by Keela. Her hair is "raw hair" and this hair sheds so much and knots easily. I'm trying my hardest to save the integrity of this hair since I paid so much for it but it's only been three weeks and the shedding is insane. Not only is the quality terrible but when I received the wig it was a orange brown ombré color to a blond and the color job was done so poorly, the roots had blotches of uneven color. She did offer to correct it but once I looked at the bottom layers I noticed there were brush streaks. The color was poorly done. If she couldn't dye it correctly the first time I didn't want her touching it the second time. So I took it to another stylist and she said when she was rinsing the hair there was so much left on paint from the first color job. Oh, and to get a a hold of Keela was the worst. I was very convinced that she was definitely the person to go to for a bomb wig but I def regret it! She wanted me to send her the entire amount for the wig and I felt very skeptical because of the fact that that she wasn't replying and had very poor customer service skills. After days of not replying she agreed to meet up with me and that's when I purchased the wig. I definitely recommend going to anyone else but Keela because these units are not worth how much you pay for.

I wish i could pick NO STARS by far the worst salon ever Keela is not only unprofessional, but she is rude, and not mindful at all, and did a horrible job on my wig! After rescheduling me 3 times, she still made a horrible wig!!! I contacted her weeks ahead, i booked paid a deposit and even dropped my hair off 2 weeks in advance. She charged me a 50$ deposit then when i brought the hair to her to start the process she then charged me another $100 im thinking cool no problem the work is going to be great (even after 2 of my girlfriends warned me that she picks and chooses who hair she does good) im thinking no i came correct shes not going to play with me. Welp she tried it! The day of my appointment i get to the shop the young lady there looked so confused she then calls keela, apparently keela forgot she had me sit there 45 minutes her assistant finally calls me like sorry Keela lost track of time and you come back at 2 long story short 2 turned to 4 then 4 turned into tomorrow now im like just make the wig i don't trust you to do a install. Baby the wet small a** wig that this raggedy so called celebrity hair stylist gave me is insane i don't understand, and can someone please comment and let me know what celebrity hair she did i found the lame chick on Instagram not knowing she is a whole fake hype. Never met her nothing so to get treated that way is beneath me. Karma is real shes not cool at all. Good luck ladies and schedule with caution when dealing with this fake Salon.

This was NOT a good experience. I emailed Ms. Keela about a month ago to schedule an appointment. I wanted to wait so my hair was strong enough to take another treatment. I was referred by a friend, and I since I trusted her judgment I made contact. I have biracial hair, and had just gotten it colored for the first time ever back in September 2020. While the color did come out pretty, the hair colorist didn't know how to deal with my texture, and sent me out into the world with wet hair, and no style. Not even tips on how to keep my color. Luckily I have my mom who is a professional without the license . I took her to my appointment because she knows what to ask for. Mind you I had been corresponding with Ms. Keela over the course of time before my appointment, and confirmed two days prior. When I get there the place was a mess, no welcome at the door, and my stylist had no idea I was even coming! I was so heartbroken ya'll. I tried to keep my cool, but my momma didn't hold her tongue. The 3 star rating was for the stylist I was booked for, Ms. T'joy. She understood they messed up, and tried to rectify it by offering a Wednesday appointment. I took it. 10 mins later I receive a text from her, and she tells me that she does not want to ruin my hair, and would like to refer me to someone who would be able to deliver what I wanted. I thanked her for her honesty. I inquired with her further as to what I was looking for in regards to a stylist who is good with texture, color, and would be able to educate me as well as style me. She referred another person as well. I say all of this to say this, if it was in fact Ms. Keela who I was corresponding with who referred me to Ms. T'Joy after I had thoroughly explained I wanted someone with experience, and could deliver what I was asking for, and to not even take the time to discuss what I wanted with the stylist shows she's either overwhelmed which I get (my godmother just opened up a business), or doesn't care. In the future I hope she practices the same grace Ms. T'joy supplied me with by communicating with me. Also ladies, and gentlemen the stylists in there were friendly, so if you are looking to book, make sure to speak with someone on the phone, or walk in possibly for a consultation which is what Ms. T'joy expects to do before performing services on a client. Was so excited to go to to keelah to get my lace wig installed by her only to hate my lace wig due to her negligence! Don’t waste your time or money. Sentoya did a bad job trimming my ends. I had to pay to get it trimmed by someone else. The flat iron job was trash and she didn’t do anything with my baby hairs or fly always.

I had an appointment scheduled for Friday 10/23 at 11:50AM. it was scheduled under my boss name bc she paid the deposit that she was no longer going to use & said I can have it. At 10:39AM I receive the message demonstrating lack of communication and overlooking messages: I informed her September 13 of the appointment swap. So fast forward she asked if I can tomorrow saturday 10/24 at 4pm I said yes boom. On Saturday I get a message at 3:30 pm asking me to come tomorrow again (literally 30 minutes before my appointment). Look on snapchat and see she's at the park. I responded immediately because I just want my hair done and she doesn't reply which leads me to texting her 4 hours later. We decide 2pm for Sunday 10/25. Here I am getting ready and at 1:12PM she says she won't make and will refund my deposit....So here I am with my hair not done, time wasted literally a whole weekend because my time isn't valuable apparently or I don't want to spend time with my family too...and I did not get my family photos taken. This is not the first time but it will definitely be the last time I get treated this way after being a loyal customer from her garage, countless referrals, and support. So don't be surprised if it happens to you but maybe it won't since her books closed .
