Do these workers really deserve $21 per hour. There were 3 customers literally in the store. Had to wait 10 minutes to pick up an order I had already ordered via the app. These people should be fired.

Pulled up today with a family of 7 ordered almost 200$+ worth of food and then drove up to the paid window and set there for 10 minutes for someone to come out and tell me “ sorry out internet is down we will be open tomorrow “ this place is a joke!

Came today 3 hours before they closed in the drive through. Ordered a chicken sandwich and some fries and they told me that the menu is out of order and that there is nothing i can do about it. Whoever is running this joint should be fired! I went to el polo loco and had the best dinner of my life!

Had the chicken pot pie. It was pretty good. The chicken was a little bit chewy. Crust was excellent. Overall, a solid 8 out of 10.

I wwnt to eat inside of this location and the door was locked I had asked the employee and she had said that the lobby closes at 8:00 p.m. but the week before I had went to that same location and I had went there around 8:30 p.m. and was able to eat inside. I just think that the just didn't to serve customers inside.

I have gone to this location for a while and once in awhile they don't put all of your chicken in the bucket and you have to call them back and let them know and only once which was recently we ordered a family bucket of chicken and the chicken tasted like it was sitting up for a very long time it was a

I absolutely love this kfc! I always come in and kayli ? im pretty sure is her name she knows me already and always greets me even has a conversation with me. she even memorized my order ! we need more people like kayli THANK YOU.

I decided to stop by at this location for a quick bite. I usually never use the drive thru but was in a hurry. The young lady on the speaker was so good with her words. She did a magnificent job at taking my order. She was kind and generous. She also did not try to rush me . I asked for her name when I reached the first window. Thank you Kaylie for a wonderful drive thru experience !

I had a great experience at this location. As soon as I walked in I was approached my an employee named Kayli and she helped me decide on what to order. We went with chicken tenders and they were very delicious. Kayli was a very kind and patient team member!
