The staff are amazing. My vet did not request my pets name be engraved on the container. I called Koefran to see what I could do and they had a new container sent to my house the next day engraved with my pets name at no charge. Very pleased with their services and the container is beautiful.

Very reasonable price and the staff was awesome. My first contact was with Brianca during horrible weather. I brought my cat (Jack) to the main building and met Brianca. Everyone was so friendly and caring. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of service to the pets they love and care about.
