I have been shopping at this store for over a decade but since the Sephora was added, I can no longer shop there. I am extremely allergic to fragrances. The entire store now smells like perfume because of the Sephora addition. And I mean the entire store. I bought a new comforter set from there and it stank of perfume and I had to wash it several times in vinegar to get the fragrance out. I bought earrings from there and they stink as well. It's just permeated into everything. There should be something they are actively doing about that. When I go into the store I break out in red itchy hives all over my neck which is exactly how fragrances get me. If you are at all sensitive, I recommend you stay far away from this place.

I couldn't figure out how to pick up my order, but the cashier at check out called someone to help me. Since I use a walker and the pickup location is in the back of the store, she went and picked it up and brought it back to me. Great customer service ?.

The clothing selection is a little limited but they do have some for sale items that are very reasonably priced they used to help with returns from Amazon but when I called they offered no help at all they said all they would do is just mail it where they used to help with the packaging and setting up labels. The pricing overall is maybe 30% higher than it should be

What a cool experience at this location. All of the staff is helpful and all smiles. Not to mention they remodeled, and it's really cute and wide, not narrow aisles.

I don’t know who manages this Kohl’s but I have to say they are doing a great job. The store is always very clean and organized and the employees are friendly. Super impressed!

There were four registers open only two clerks, checking customers out the line was long and only one section in the store had registers that you could go to check out long lines

Kohl’s in Natomas matches most other Kohl’s stores in the Sacramento area. It is clean, easy to navigate, and has very helpful and enthusiastic employees.
The store has most of the stuff for household items and clothes for men, women, and kids. All the sections are easy to understand, and shop for what you're looking for there!

This Kohls is bigger than the others I've been to. Elg Grove and Arden. Has a bigger home goods area, and they are planning to update so they'll have even more inventory then. Lots of parking.
