Just picked up my 2018 ZL1 Chevrolet and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, Curtis Leonard took great care of me, he was patient, straightforward, and really knew his stuff about the car. He answered all my questions, kept me updated through the process, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into anything. The deal was fair, the process was smooth, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. If you’re looking to buy a car, especially something like a ZL1, I definitely recommend asking for Curtis Leonard.

Typically I feel pressured and scammed while car shopping. At Epic it was more like visiting friends or family. Cedric Gordon was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and although I did not buy a car that day, I went away knowing that when I am ready I will be doing so at Epic and I know I want Cedric to help me finalize my purchase. Thank you for making car shopping an experience not a chore.

We talked about the purchase of my truck over the phone with dustin and the next day alex made it really easy for us we were out in an hour. Rob also helped explain everything on the car. We will definitely refer them to friends and family.

I bought a car on 8/5/25, and overall, the sales team provided a great experience with Dustin being really great dud. However, I made the mistake of purchasing a $2500 extended warranty, which I canceled the very next day on 8/6/25. The finance manager Alex assured me the money would be refunded to the principal of my car loan. I spoke with the finance manager during the first week of September, and they advised me to give it more time. I contacted the same finance manager again at the end of September, who admitted this was unusual and started an email chain with upper management, promising I would see a reply. Yet, for two weeks, there was no response. I sent a notice of demand, which finally prompted a reply from dennis gm of dealer who said they would look into the issue and provide an answer the next day. Again, two weeks passed without a response. I was ultimately forced to file a lawsuit on 10/28/25 to get try to get my refund for the cancellation of the extended warranty. My best advice is to stay away from this business—they are not trustworthy.

A shout out to the staff at Epic Chevrolet service department, service writer Joe and technician Jared, for taking me in for unscheduled service on a Saturday morning for emergency repair on my Corvette which had gone into Reduced Engine Power mode due to a faulty thermostat. They had the needed part in stock, and got me back on the road that same day before closing time. Could not be any more pleased with my service experience here.

HORRIBLE Customer service called multiple times. Will not return a call to find out where my refund check is coming. Once they have your money, they ghost you.

Recently purchased a new car here, Cedric was amazing very helpful and made the process pleasant, made sure we test drove any car, this would be my 2nd new car purchase here at epic Chevy! And will be back for a 3rd in the future! From Sales to service Epic Chevy has earned my business!
