I've turned in my vehicle for service last February of 2023. I sought service for a brand new engine and radiator in which my warranty was guaranteed to cover. An advisor who goes by the name of Chris informed me everything was going to take 3-5 weeks in total for completion, evidently, it January 25, 2024 and I've still haven't gotten my car back. I've been renting a car for a whole year, and it's because they were unwilling to provide a loaner car even given my unique circumstances. I've asked to have my service modified to just rebuilding the engine, they told me no. I've asked to have it shipped to another dealer who was willing to assist me with rapid results, they said they couldn't accommodate it.I have to hire a lawyer to file a motion for a redress in order to get my money back. That's the only way I can be compensated at this point. They are unprofessional, they are liars, and they are not aboveboard. Please do not waste your time and money at this location. I advise you with all my power. Take heed.

Top notch customer service. Flew in from LA for the 2019 blazer that I saw on their website. Spoke to management prior, Manager Jerry Torres arranged for transportation from the airport to the dealer ship. Salesman Ruben took me to test drive the vehicle and showed me the best spots to go to. He demonstrated every feature and help me set up the application on my phone. They made the process easy and gave me the best deal they could. Best experience I had with a dealership. 5 out of 5

Was sold a 2019 Chevy a year ago that has had multiple repairs in the past few months along with an extended warranty that has covered everything but the diagnostic fees which the dealership charges $225 for every diagnostic that they do within the same visit. I have never been so disappointed in a major dealership before. I feel like I’m being worked over like I bought a vehicle from a used car lot. Oh and not to mention they drove my car over 40 miles for a “test drive”.I trust Triple Crown way more than this place.

I bought my wife a car from Epic on the last day of the year(2023). Worked with Dion who was a NO NOSENSE salesman. Dion, was able to react quickly to my request and did so with ease. I found a vehicle I was interested in and jumped through all types of hoops to get financed. My credit was ran as a 'soft pull' but I received a bunch of alerts for hard inquiries. I had another few inquiries without my permission but was ultimately financed for a particular vehicle. I said I was going to proceed with the sale but my associate wouldn't be back for a couple of days. I made an appointment to come in to complete the sale only to find out the vehicle was sold the same day I was financed. I was never given any heads up or option to proceed with my pending sale. So I now have a bunch of hard inquiries for a particular vehicle- for nothing. Talk about bad business. I do not reccomend this business and would never spend a dime with them.

PJ was every helpful and responsive during my recent purchase at Epic Chevrolet. Prior to coming to the dealership we were in contact by phone and it was pleasant. The experience was overall wonderful and now I have a beautiful new vehicle! Also they have a yummy coffee machine!

Epic made the ordering and buying of my truck seamless. Between Tee ordering my truck and Mike getting me financing I was beyond pleased with them. Knowing it was Sunday and there were games to watch I was in and out with my new truck in record time.

Tee did an excellent job. We hopped onto his golf cart rode around checked out vehicles. Conducted the transaction over the phone with my husband. He stayed late so we could finish the sale and in a few hours I had a brand new car.

I got approved for loan and signed all the documents yet after I left the dealership with the car, they ran my credit 8 times and got totally different bank. When I left review on google, one of the manager asked me to reach and I did reach, no one answered. I even froze my credit to have em stop pulling my credit. This place is not some small dealership. This is the biggest Chevrolet dealership in Northern California yet does very shady business. And zero customer service.

We got the Best and friendly service we've had anywhere else. Roberto Gutierrez was Amazing, he explained in detail the best option for us. It was a fast and easy buy/trade in our beautiful Chevy but we bought a new Camaro. We totally recommend Epic Chevrolet in Sac. Financed a vehicle in 2021. Very satisfied with the quality of the sales rep. I went to maybe 5 dealerships. This was the only one I returned to. Since then had my car serviced here twice. Second time was a multi-day affair but service rep Matt kept me informed.In ten years when I need to finance a newer used vehicle, I know where I'll go.

Good experience, Elias found the vehicle I was looking for. It took a couple of months but was worth waiting for. He checked in with me frequently and continued to look for the truck I said I wanted.
