I arrived at 7am check in and was greeting by lovely individual. He was beyond kind and walk me through the process which was easy and quick. If you come in prepared and ready to test this your place. There was zero rudness and easy process. Come prepared leave your 5 kids at home and make sure your registration has not expired! Happy holidays 🙂

Wish I can give 0 star. Their drug test time is 7am to 11:30, I arrived 11:20 and was told they stop at 11am. Lady at front super rude.

Judy here is awesome. I hate needles and she could tell, chatted me up and I was laughing during the whole draw. Judy is the type of employee you want 8 days a week. She even pulled my sleeve back down!

9/23 morning.
An unpleasent experience indeed. Front desk was very rude and had a lot of comments that made me feel disgruntled. Demeanor was less than satisfied, mean and condescending. She also helped me with my test and had me pee in a cup when it was actually a saliva test, tosses my urine in the hand washing station. She made me feel stupid during the swab test because of a miscommunication. Just rude and off putting the whole experience. 0/5 dont come here unless you really have no choice. That really sucked..

Location on Scripps was super fast and I didn't even have an appointment. The staff was great and very helpful with the few questions I asked. In and out within 20 minutes.

I would have preferred to give zero stars if possible.
I had an unfortunate experience with a lab technician named Lee, whose demeanor was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional. I arrived at 3 pm, unaware that lab screenings are not conducted past this time, and requested an exception due to the long distance I traveled. Instead of understanding, Lee responded with undue anger. Her demeanor was aggressive, and when I addressed her behavior, it only escalated her rudeness. Such conduct significantly impacts the company’s image. I firmly believe that LabCorp is capable of providing better-trained and more courteous staff for their clients and patients.

I had the worst experience ever at this location. The older white man was the rudest human being Ive ever dealt with from the moment I walked in! When I got tired of him talking to me super disrespectful I asked him to please be more respectful and he lost his mind and kicked me out. FOR ASKING FOR RESPECT. The audacity. If you hate your job, please find a new one. Do not take it out on others by going on a power trip. I hope that mans life gets better so he isnt so miserable all the time. Lapcorp please do better.

Extremely miserable service! They have collect my sample and didn't store it in particular condition. As a result laboratory got it in not an appropriate temperature and I have to do it again. Absolutely unprofessional staff. Very tiny room. Very difficult to find. Avoid at any cost!

The old white man needs to get fired. Saying systems are down. And closing the office for lunch 20 mins before the actual time. And said don’t know if it will reopens!!! In a way that sounds more like don’t come. Worst location. I came all the way from Elk Grove. Bez the location near Elk Grove is closed. Waste of time. And now I have to go to a different.

This place is a joke. The man at the counter today is a joke to be working for this place. He is very rude. If he did not wanna come into work, He should’ve just called in. The only reason I am giving two stars it’s for the lady that was at the front desk today, but they were very unorganized, and the man was very unprofessional. I am displeased with my service I had from this location today!that man should not be working there If he do not like his job!!
